Jon did work for a friend and came highly recommended. He recently came over to help with a minor issue on a light fixture and was uber professional and helpful! Genuinely such a nice guy too.

If I could give them a 10 star, I would. The company is very professional and the owner seems as though he is more concerned with finding the most efficient way to help you rather than over charge just to make more money. They were very responsive, professional, and handled things in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them for all of your electric problems.

We some electrical issues and called John Rocafort. He initially was scheduled for two days later but when my issues got worse, Clint and Mike came at 8:15 the next morning. They quickly identified the issue which required involvement of the city. The issue was significant enough that the city disconnected our power until it could be fixed. John considered this an emergency and shifted his company's work to make sure our issue was resolved. Clint and Mike came back that afternoon and fixed the issue in the rain. I was so very pleased with how quickly they responded and resolved the problem.

When a limb fell and damaged my weatherhead in the lead up to Hurricane Michael, I called and left a message that I was going to need Rocafort's services after the storm. I got a call back during tropical force winds and secured Rocafort's services by Friday. Awesome customer service. They knew a city inspector who passed by and he was there as they were cleaning up. Now, I sat in the dark almost another week waiting on the city, but Rocafort had me ready to go by that Friday afternoon just in case the city showed up. I've found my electrician.

My husband and I have fallen in love with Rocaforf electrical. We had an emergency at our rental property, tenant just moved in, a week later they were having major problem. I called all over trying to find a company. Even though Rocaforf is backed up, we're so thankful he made time to put us on his schedule. He came out personally to check it out, put us on the schedule for the following week. One and a half day later, all the lights were out. I called Mr. Rocaforf again, I was worried I was getting on their last nerve, Mr. Racafort assured me we wasn't, and would work our major job into their schedule the very next day, he also sent his guys out that same day to see if it something he could do to get us by. Unfortunately they could not. The very next day every thing was replaced, the problem over, what a relief. He and his workers are very professional, honest, and knowledgeable about his work. Mr. Racafort will be our electrician from this day forward, no matter what the job is, small or big. It's hard to find someone to keep their word these days, Rocaforf is a company of their word. If my mother or grandma were living, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Thank you so much Mr. Rocaforf, we pray you will continue to always hold your company to the greatest standard. I do have knowledge about electrical circuits. For a small jobs, such as installing light box, celling fans, and GFCI outlets, I usually do myself. However, for an outlet for electrical car which draw large current for an extended period time, I hire professional to do it. I found that Jon is very knowledgeable, and meticulous about safety of my house. The main circuit breaker of original 125 amp in my electrical panel was replaced with 200 amp a few years ago by another licensed electrician. He explained to me that this was not supposed to be done that way. He'd like to make sure the supply wire gauge was enough, so he took out the panel to check and went beyond and did a safety measure on that panel. In addition, he also helped me to check if an electrical outlet was installed okay in terms of safety. These were all done before I gave him the job for the intended electrical work.

I've had the pleasure of having John and his crew come to my home to fix a light fixture. A few weeks later, on an emergency call due to a lightening strike. John and his crew are friendly, knowledgable, punctual, and a consumate professional. I have an appointment for a electrical surge installed next week. I highly recommend Rocafort Electrical.

These guys were great! Had quotes from 3 different companies and these guys were reasonably priced. Estimated 4-6 hours for the job, took just under 4 hours to complete. Came back for a followup at no additional cost. Did a great job with no issues. Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs any electrical work!

We love these guys! They are all so professional and polite. They have always gone above and beyond to do GREAT work and to do it RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Jon the owner has come out several times to assess our situation himself to make sure the guys know exactly what is to be done. We bought an old home and the electrical was all messed up. They made it safe for our family. I wouldnt recommend anyone else but them. They are GREAT!

John and his team went above and beyond for our project. Not only did he come in at the most reasonable estimate, but he also went above and beyond what we thought he would do for us. He got the job done quickly and was so kind and professional the entire time. I would recommend John for big or small electrical jobs. We'll certainly be calling him next time!

I called Jon a couple of weeks ago and he scheduled me to have a portable generator plug installed to in thru my fuse box in the garage. Jon was on time and professionally installed what I needed. The price was right and he explained to me in detail how everything works. I was very happy with Jon’s work and would highly recommend him to others.

Rocafort's service was IMPECCABLE! I would give them ten stars if I could. Not only did they call and come when they said they would but actually changed their schedule to accommodate my need to finish before I held a bridal shower. The work was excellent, they cleaned up after themselves (that NEVER happens these days!), were reasonable and even explained what they were doing and why. And for me that is exceptional and helps me to feel included in the process. Safety was their first priority but they were courteous and friendly, too. My little brother who lives with me has Downs and Alzheimer's and they were kind and friendly to him, too. If I am going to give my money to folks I prefer to give it to good folks, and these folks are!!!

I had Rocafort Elec mount my tv on the wall, run elec and cable. I also had them install a ceiling fan. Jon's employees did a great job. They are very courteous, know what they are doing, and clean up when they are finished. Jon is accomadating and works with your scheduling needs, along with making suggestions for your home. Their services are very reasonable. I would have them do electrical work for me again.

Jon Rockafort and the crew of David and Paul were the best we ever had.Did many electrical changes to upgrade our 35 yr old home. Responsive, commutative, reasonable and positive.
