Can't complain about the responsiveness as there was none! After two phone calls in a two week period and promises to get back with me they never did. The managers name is Steve who was the one supposed to call if the owner is reading this. At this point I gave up. Figure if they can't even bother to call me to make money imagine if I had a problem and needed them later. No worries...electricians are a dime a dozen. Onto the next company.

The workers were friendly and tried hard but as they were working they broke one of my water lines that ended up extending the work time they were there and then they didn't have all the tools needed and borrowed my husband's chainsaw and when he tried to use it month's later we realized it was broken (leaking oil from the motor, cheaper to replace). This all happened August 2024. I'm late doing the reveiw.

A+ Electric handled the full electrical run for my studio and did a solid job from start to finish. They trenched the line, ran the wiring, and even crawled under the house to make all the necessary connections. It was a substantial amount of work, and they took care of everything without cutting corners.

They were professional, showed up as expected, and stayed focused on getting the job done properly. Communication was straightforward, and they followed through on what they said they would do.

Given the scope of the work involved, the pricing felt reasonable. Overall, a dependable crew that gets in, does the work, and completes the job correctly.

They worked really hard--had to go up in an attic that was small and the day was hot. They had to rewire several things. Lots of complications they solved. Very professional. Good attitude. Great job.
