During a recent Friday evening storm, I had a branch come down on my power line which pulled the entire electrical pole and meter box off of my house and it also discovered that the three cables that go from your outside electrical box to your electrical panel in the house replaced. Saturday morning, I called an electrical company I had used in the past but they did not provide emergency service calls. I called another electrical company, who had done work for the company I had worked for in the past, and they were able to send someone out. Unfortunately, it was not a fix that could be done by one person so he did what he could to stabilize everything but said to call the office on Monday to schedule a service call. I called but was told it would be 3 weeks before they could send someone out. So – I called the original company I had called on Friday, but they said it would be Thursday or possibly Friday before they could get someone out. I then looked online to see what other electrical companies there were in the Tallahassee area and saw GT Electric. I called their office, around lunch time, and spoke with SK who told me they could definitely get someone out to my house that day. She needed to get the permit from Gadsden County and was going to request an emergency inspection for that evening when they finished. Two men, Raynard B. and Jose C., got to my house a little after 5:00 p.m. They were very efficient and explained things to me when I would come out to see how things were going. They finished a little after 9:00 p.m., contacted the Gadsden Co. Inspector, and then let me know that I could contact Talquin Electric to come and reconnect me. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated all the work that SK, Raynard and Jose did to get my house back to where I could have power. And not only did I have conversations with them, but the VP of the company, Jose G., contacted me several times to be sure everything was going smoothly. I truly appreciate GT Electric and will definitely use them for any future electrical needs! Definitely a 5-star company!!

Justin and Kalje were very courteous on their service visit. They answered all my questions and also collected details on replacing LED lighting so that estimate could be prepared. They confirmed which services were needed and which were no longer required. They also confirmed which electric panel actually belonged to the property. This was a good service call and I plan to use GT Electric again.

I had the best possible experience with Doug Connell, despite the troubling situation when my electric went out in my house due to a water leak. It was late, on a Sunday night, but Doug was very prompt, and super friendly, making a not so enjoyable experience, smooth and as positive as possible. I've met other techs with GT before, but this was my first time meeting Doug, and he definitely lived up to the high standard of great service and professionalism that GT has set. 10/10 WOULD recommend!

Robert and Raynard were courteous and professional. They installed an outside outlet and troubleshot and repaired a bedroom outlet that had cut off the power in adjoining bedroom and bathroom. Thank you very much for doing good work. I recommend them for finding wiring problems and fixing them.

Justin and KalJ were amazing ! They crushed my entire electric list. Answered my questions. Educated me about GFI switches vs breakers. They wore shoe covers to keep my floors clean and family healthy. SK in the office is amazing too. So thankful to have reliable electricians to call!

I can’t recommend GT Electric highly enough. On two separate occasions, I’ve had trees fall in my yard and take out power to my house and the folks at GT have been there to help me through the process. They were fast to respond and helped get everything reconnected super efficiently so that I could get the rest of my house back in order. Jose and SK are literal saints and I will always give their names to anyone who needs any kind of electrical help.

GT Electric helped us out on a commercial project today and did an excellent job. Their electrician on site was professional, efficient, and great to work with. I also want to highlight SK from their management team, she was extremely helpful, responsive, and made coordinating everything smooth and easy. Really appreciate the support from both the field and office sides. We’ll definitely keep GT Electric in mind for future projects.

Had a very positive experience with GT Electric. Vice-president Jose Garcia personally responded to the 24 Emergency line and was reassuring and helpful in getting us on the schedule. Technicians Doug Connell and Charles Howell were friendly and explained what they were doing, and the repair was executed quickly. I'd be happy to use GT Electric again in future.

Joshua was great! He came out to install Christmas lights at our house and did a wonderful job. He took his time to make sure that everything was done correctly. The lights look and work beautifully. We will call on him again. Can highly recommend!

Joshua contacted me requarding my inquiry made through Home Depot to install light/fan fixtures in our 4 bedrooms that did not have the fixtures in the ceiling. He came out and looked at in the attic to make sure it was a job he could accomplish and then he informed my son. He would be there at 8:00 the next day. So at 8:00 a.m. he was at my front door to do the job. Joah and his associate work diligently to complete the job in a very professional manner, he left no trash or anything in our house. He took care not to mess up any of our furniture. I would recommend him for any job electrical that I may have in the future. Thank you Josh for an excellent job.

Joshua came out on a Sunday to fix what turned out to be a pretty major problem for us. Electrical wiring that had been chewed had our whole house without power. He was very patient and explained everything in detail, walked us around the place as he worked and showed us everything that was wrong. He actually didn't mind us looking over his shoulder a few times, which I really appreciate because my fiance and I have put a lot of effort into this place and we really needed to understand what was happening. We asked him to do a couple outlets as well, since he was better equipped. Even though it was a Sunday afternoon, he didn't have a problem staying and finishing that up as well. And he gave us a great price for an emergency job on a Sunday. I have nothing but respect for him, the job was more complex than expected and we couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. I feel like it's fixed, fixed right, and I understand what needed to be done. Highly recommended

Joshua at Northeast Electrical did an excellent job installing a 30 amp and 50 amp RV receptacle at my residence in Crawfordville. From the first call I could tell he was a professional electrician who knew what he was doing. He was actually the only one out of seven local electricians who answered the phone, and none of the others even called back. He gave me a fair quote, showed up on time, completed quality electrical work, and charged exactly what we agreed on with no surprises.
