I highly recommend this contractor for solar panel maintenance and repair.
We struggled for 9 months to get our system back up and running after damage from last year's tornadoes. When I contacted Ra Power Electric and explained our situation to Troy, he came to inspect our equipment at his earliest opening and it was clear that he has years of experience with solar panel systems.
The quote was fair for parts and labor to reinstall the panels, including replacement of damaged panels which he was able to match closely to the existing ones. Troy also handed the disposal for old damaged equipment.
Once everything was reinstalled, we had a few days to monitor solar production and ensure everything was working properly before Ra Power Electric considered the job finished.
Despite being a small local company that's only a few years old, we are happy that we took the chance to try this contractor. The job was well done and we didn't mind if it took a few days to complete because of the great customer care and communication. (You don't get that with big companies.)

I go here quite often. They're friendly, and can find just about anything you need at fair prices.

It's hard to get to & the counter help here are not very informed about the products they sell.
Furthermore they do _not_ take cash

Went to Home Depot and Lowe's several times with a broken wire looking for a replacement and no one knew what they were doing. The guy from Lowe's referred me to y'all. Even though y'all didn't sell by the foot or a smaller bag, the young man at the counter (wish I got his name) went out of his way to find out what type of wire it was and told me that Home Depot should have it. Went back and found what I was looking for on my own.

I really appreciate how helpful and friendly y'all were and I'll definitely come back if I ever need something else. Thank you!

If you've ever wondered what price gouging looks like, call these guys and then call any other electric supply house in town. It's sickening how unrealistic this place is. They don't want your business, but they'll take it if you want to pay 110% more than anywhere else.

I visit this electrical supply store the most. As far as I'm aware, they are exclusively a Square D supplier. Everyone that works here is well informed and helpful. They carry a lot and if they dont have it they can typically get it in next day. 💯

Unsatisfied with this company, made phone calls to light force electric made appointment for service repair no one showed up. Call back to reschedule and no one answered the phone. Unreliable will not recommend this company.

They are supposed to be a Generac installer. We have had nothing but problems and broken commitments and lack of communication. We have been paying on our generator through Lowes and it is still not connected and running.

I purchased a Generac through this company. After the purchase, I was victim of bait and switch. I found out the agreement was for just the Generac. I was led to believe the gas and tank was part of the agreement.

I had to get the gas tank and gas. This caused me get someone else to supply the gas tank and gas. Finally, I was financially able to get the tank and gas.

I called Light Force several times to ask when they would be able to come and finish the installation. I was given a reason that there was not a definite time.

Since the hurricane season was nearly over, I didn’t follow up with more inquiries.

On January 11, I called about completing the job. The representative talked to me in such a condescending manner that I cried. In essence he insinuated the job was finished, and I was at fault.

I sought help from the City Officials. I discovered they had not done what was needed to complete the job.

Representatives came out and acknowledged they hadn’t finished.

Don’t hire this company!!!

This problem has been amicably resolved.
I am appreciative of the manner in which closure has been handled.

Jay came out today in a severe thunderstorm in less than 30 minutes to help us get our AC power back on. Our generator system they installed for us a couple years ago has worked great. Definitely recommend this group. Thanks again.

Bad people! Won’t return calls for needed Service we paid in advance for! Damn sure took our money and ran! Turning them over to the Better Business people, Chamber of Commerce and anyone else I can to let them know these are Crooks

Been trying for over a month to get hold of these people since they have been the ones to service my generator since installation in 2019 but have not been able to get them to answer phone or emails even though I have called numerous times, left messages, and left several emails. I will not use them again as now have to find someone else to service my generator. DO NOT USE!!!

They dont answer calls or call back. Fired them and hired a new company. I do not recommend this company. Beware they lied about the permit. We had to call after they said they turned in all necessary paperwork. It was sitting in lala land they never turned in paperwork. Left 100 messages both my Husband and I.
