I had a tree fall on my house 5 years ago, I used a different contractor, it took a year and a half to complete, this time a tree fell on my house doing much more damage, I was expecting another year and a half, I had never heard of Ross Construction until I heard an ad on the radio, so glad I called Craig Ross, I was thinking if he calls me back in a week I'll use him, well he called at 7 the following morning, I turned it over to him and his awesome crew, he took the pressure off of my family and 12 weeks later we celebrate Christmas in our nearly new home, great job Ross Construction and Design

Do not use. Didn’t even finish a barn remodel…Either forgot about putting up some lights or just didn’t want to do it.

Then, the drainage overflowed and left the interior soaking wet…so I called to ask him to come take a look at what was wrong.

He said someone came out and looked and that we must’ve accidentally run over the runout drain…nothing was marked and we weren’t told about it.

I asked him to come show me where it was and what happened- never heard from him.

We sold the house (properly disclosing everything)…the buyers hired someone else to come fix the drainage issue and said that it wasn’t properly designed and THAT was why it overflowed every time it rained.

Will never use him again and tell anyone looking for a contractor to avoid him.

I was very impressed with the quality of the kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors and drawer fronts replaced and the painting of the cabinets. The whole project came out beautiful. I especially appreciated the work of Jeff Reeder and his beautiful wife Miranda. They were very hard working while being pleasant and personable. They showed up when they said they would and worked the whole time here. Nice couple!!

After talking with friends and doing research I decided to go with Ross Construction for my addition. The owner Craig walked me through the process, he and his team kept me in the loop throughout the entire process! Everything was right on schedule the crew was amazing, attentive and courteous! I can’t thank them enough for the wonderful work they did!

If I could give Ross Construction 6 or 7 stars, I would. Here’s why. I told Craig I was thinking of putting in a bank of new kitchen cabinets. Within 2 business days, he was at my home with his cabinet guy. 2 days later I had drawings and an estimate. The estimate was CONSIDERABLY less than Lowes for CUSTOM, all wood, cabinets!! This got me to thinking that maybe I should give him a crack at the rest of the remodeling we were considering: 2 bathrooms and a laundry room, including tile, plumbing and vanities, a pot filler over our stove, some extensive plumbing under the house, and driveway repair. There was dry wall and electrical to be done as well. Within a week, he had all his subcontractors at the house AT THE SAME TIME! Try that sometime! They formulated a game plan, including the manufacture of 3 vanities, all the kitchen cabinets and an island. Craig said they would start 3 weeks later, on December 4th. On December 4th at 9 AM I had 10 subs blitzing my job! 2 weeks and 2 days later, which is today, it was done! The quality is amazing! The subs were delightful. The result and the experience have been far superior to any other contractor with whom we've worked. Words cannot express how happy Penny and I are with the job that Ross Construction and Design did for us. The closest thing would be to say that we are TICKLED PINK!!!

Ross Construction and Design, LLC. is owned by a unique individual gifted with dignity and positive direction. Craig himself is honest, dependable, and understanding. The recent work on my home was completed completely to and beyond my satisfaction. It was not his fault that the COVID 19 problems caused extended delays in the delivery of materials. Also finding dependable subcontractors became increasingly difficult. I will use Craig Ross Construction and Design for additional work in the future.
