Apple pie maids does a fabulous job! They’re prompt, trustworthy, and the house always smells so nice when I come in and they’ve cleaned. It’s like your fairy godmother showed up while you were out and voila the house is sparkling. Special thanks to Robin and Paige for their hard work and great care of my home. Highly recommend!

I hired Apple Pie Maids to keep my daughter on track with cleaning her apartment while she was at FSU. They were AMAZING! They helped keep her on track. They were extremely professional. And, they were kind, trustworthy, and thorough (They helped her find her credit card twice!). They were worth every penny!

We met with a company representative for an initial walk-thru and were given an assurance that the whole house would be thoroughly cleaned, so we could pass a move out inspection. That was not what we got. The cleaners were late coming.Then we had to spend an additional two hours cleaning after the cleaners left. This put us significantly behind schedule for our move.

The cleaners seemed undertrained and overwhelmed by the job. They did most of what we asked for except the following:
*The oven wasn’t cleaned . The cleaners said they didn’t have with them what they needed for cleaning it. We had been assured they would be told about the oven.
*Doorways and some io the doors weren’t wiped down.
*The laundry room (including the washer and dryer) wasn’t addressed except for mopping the floor.
*None of the insides of cupboards or drawers were cleaned. We had to vacuum and wipe them down.
*It didn’t seem like the cupboard doors were cleaned in the bathrooms.
*They didn’t clean all the countertops in the kitchen
*They didn’t clean the mudroom.
*We had to vacuum the floor of the kitchen to get the crumbs around the edges.

Some of this was shared with the cleaners during the final walk through. The rest we found after they left. The cleaners indicated they would reflect this in their report and that we would probably get a discount. We did not see any reduction in the final fee.

They were very nice I talked to them about being my cleaning girls from apple pie who I have been using now for 2 years I really recommend that you keep the maids cleaning the same houses because it’s noticeable when you get different random cleaning ladies each time even my daughter notices at her house she uses Apple pie maids also!!

I love the way everything was well cleaned my direction to do task and what products I prefer to be used on my appliances love the way my windows were cleaned overall all my deep cleaning was a success.. Will recommend and continue to use again and again 🤗

My first experience was great. Two very friendly & competent people arrived on time. They cleaned everything thoroughly, even cleaned a few exterior windows because this made the living room shine. The company uses Dr Bronner's organic soap as the base for much of their cleaning protocol. No harsh chemicals. Thank you!
