Julia and Courtney did a great job. I love that this service gives you a very specific list of what comes with a standard cleaning plus a list of add on options with prices.

The 3 women that came today were great! They did a good job and, were thorough and efficient in their cleaning. I highly recommend this company: the owner and office manager are very responsive to any individual needs we have.

We recently had our floors replaced by Flooring America (see my review). Anyways we had a deep clean over two visits by five of their staff. They did an amazing job. As you might imagine when you have tile removed, it makes a mess! Dust on everything these ladies were indispensable in helping us clean.

Tallahassee Clean always goes above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about the positive attitudes the girls have and how efficiently they do their job. Hayden always knocks it out of the park, and Kam worked with her today to help make our home spotless. Looking forward to using their services in the future.

I requested a post-construction cleaning because it made more sense with the services I needed done. The girls worked quickly and efficiently to take my new rental from Gross to Great.They even cleaned out the nasty dusy air vents! I felt like I was walking into a brand new house.

The only reason I docked a star was no fault of my two cleaners, I think there was a miscommunication regarding the extent of the toilet cleaning services. I was under the impression that the inside of my tanks would also be cleaned, but that was not part of the service. Still, I am very pleased with the overall job done, and would absolutely invite Katelynn and Cristina back the next time I need a deep cleaning!

Lindsay and Kayla did a great job on a move-in cleaning for my sister’s new home! The whole place was sparkling when they left.

Very disappointed. The main part of the house wasn't dusted at all. Living room, bedroom, kitchen. Floors were mopped,however, she didn't seem to have swept or vacuumed the floor beforehand so there was visible debris in the front of the house. They checked off as doing every single thing on the list. We had the beds stripped so I know they didn't make any bed. I wasn't expecting that but don't put that you did it. Not one trash can was emptied even tho I left bags to replace. I could go on and on. Very sloppy job. This is a 2br 1,570sf home. No carpet and very easy to clean. It is 4 months old so not in bad shape. There is no excuse for this level of sloppiness. The lady cleaning the front part of the house either hadn't been trained or is lazy.

Contacted them to clean my son's apartment before move in to do a deep cleaning of the entire apartment and appliances ! Very communicative! Very accomodating as I needed to switch my appointment a view times etc. Came on time and did a great job! Use them, you will not be disappointed! Considering using monthly as well! My move out cleaning I scheduled through Tallahassee Clean was worth every penny. The employees were responsive, professional, did fantastic work, and followed up afterwards to make sure I was aware about something I missed before moving out. I was recommended them by a friend who uses their services for regular cleaning and I would definitely second that recommendation. 5 stars!

I've been a customer of Tallahassee Clean for a little less than a year and my experience has been positive. When I had questions about the quality of cleaning, Cristina was quick to address my concerns. She was able to provide photo documentation after the house was cleaned and I am more than satisfied by what I saw. Hayden and Ansley were amazing! They showed up when they said they would and they were so sweet! They cleaned my son’s college apartment and let me tell you, they performed a miracle on it! It looked better than it did when they moved in. They went above and beyond! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
I also had an extremely pleasant experience with Alicia who was patient in answering all of my questions about the services I needed. She was patient when we had to make changes to which rooms we needed cleaned. Top-notch company!

Responsive, friendly, reasonable, flexible, professional, and provided good service. Our cleaning crew were Ansley and Cristina. They arrived on-time and did a great job cleaning my son's apartment. Will hire again!
