This company is great. I'm out of the state and have used their services multiple times for commercial cleaning for a property we manage. They kept us informed through the completion of the job and went above and beyond

I was very pleased with the service from Tallahassee Clean. Madison and Rosemary did an amazing job! They showed professionalism and were methodical in their work and got a lot done in the time they were here.

Amy and Rosemary did an amazing job cleaning my home. I appreciated their attention to detail and care. The whole place sparkles and gives me such peace of mind. Thank you!

Amy and Cristina came and did a deep clean of my entire house and did and awesome job. They both paid attention to detail and did an amazing job! I highly recommend Tallahassee Clean!

The cleaners were excellent. They went above and beyond for us, stayed extra time, worked hard etc.

However, the policies of Tallahassee Clean made it impossible for them to do their jobs. They were only booked 2hrs with us, and that just wasn't enough time - even with my dad and I getting a head start and helping them, key services were rushed or not done. 2hrs just wasn't enough for anything more than a light clean of the space they were working with and had they stayed later, they would have been late for their next booking. They also had to use some of our cleaning supplies, as the ones provided by the company were insufficient - the vacuum was a major challenge to work with, and they didn't have near enough cleaning liquids. It's not fair to them, or to us - we ended up cleaning for hours after they'd left. The price was absurd for the amount of work that was done. Communication was also poor, I sent clarifying information in the booking and in an email after booking - none of this was followed up on nor communicated to the people cleaning. This isn't acceptable to me, and I do not plan to book with them again.

Julia and Dawn visited today and did a wonderful job. We look forward to having them come back next time!

Can I leave two reviews in one? We had another visit from Tallahassee Clean, this time Cristina and Elizabeth. They, too, did a wonderful job cleaning our house. Highly recommended!

Prompt, polite, and very focused on ensuring that every detail important to us was checked off our list.

I’d like to clarify a few points and formally close this matter.

I did not request that the team return the same day during the second visit. I stated that I was flexible and asked to be notified regarding next steps. No follow-up, rescheduled appointment, or proposed service date was provided. After waiting six days with no communication, having my card charged without confirmation that the issue was resolved was not professional.

I have never seen nor signed the Terms & Conditions you referenced. Regardless, charging a customer following a re-clean where the original concerns remain unresolved without a walkthrough and confirmation of satisfaction is not aligned with reasonable service expectations. Additionally, sending an invoice while simultaneously processing payment, without resolution, is concerning.

Your response does not include a date, apology or plan to correct the outstanding issue at my property, only a procedure for potential future services (I assume). At this point, I am not seeking future services.

My concern has consistently been communication and accountability, not scheduling constraints or holidays. I was not requesting a refund at the time only that the service be completed properly. That did not occur.

Based on this experience, I am no longer comfortable continuing service. Please consider this email formal notice that I am terminating our relationship effective immediately. No further services are authorized.

I was a customer for about a year and a half and previously had good experiences, which makes this disappointing.

After requesting a re-clean for a particular issue the same issue was still not corrected. Despite this, my card was charged **without my consent or confirmation that the work was completed satisfactorily**. No walkthrough or checklist review was done before closing out the job or billing.

I contacted the company in writing and requested to speak with a manager but no one has responded after 6 dsys.

I was not asking for a refund, only for the issue to be resolved. Charging a customer without authorization is unprofessional.

It appears there may have been a change in management, and unfortunately the level of service, communication, and accountability has declined.

This was our first time using your services, and we were very happy. Dee and Allie were very friendly, and worked together really well. We will be requesting them to be our permanent cleaners.

The girls over at Tallahassee clean have been cleaning my house weekly and they are always on time and do great work. Highly recommend.

Not doing good job. They came late, with 3 young girls. My daughter came home and see her room and bathroom not clean. They didn’t move stuffs around to clean. It was very unprofessional. House was small. Only around 1100 sq feet and they can’t even get it clean.

Tallahassee Clean was recommended to us through a friend and we are so happy with our cleaning service. The team cleaned my daughters living space and did a wonderful job, it looks like a brand new place and the booking agent was professional and helpful and we will 100% use them again. Thanks so much Tallahassee Clean.

Last week, I had the pleasure of my apartment being cleaned by the team at Tallahassee Clean. They were able to get some tough grime out of my kitchen floors, and their overall work was outstanding. Their attention to detail was on point, and they even left a checklist outlining every aspect of the space they cleaned to perfection. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in the Tallahassee area!

I’ve been in town since September taking care of my friend after her surgery. She had told me she tried hiring a cleaning service before I came but they never showed up. I did research on cleaning companies on Nextdoor app & read reviews on google before calling Tallahassee Clean to schedule a medium cleaning for my friend’s place on Monday. Alicia answered the phone & was quite pleasant to speak with, extremely helpful, & sent us a quote immediately via text & email. My friend thought the price estimate was just right & immediately scheduled the cleaning for Friday (today).

Cristina & Katellynn showed up on time at 11 am & boy did these girls get down to business. They were extremely fast & efficient. They bring all their own supplies & left our place squeaky clean. My friend is so pleased she will be calling upon their services again!

I think the cats are extremely happy with their work as well… or unhappy that the cleaning was too good maybe? 🤔 Sure, the two kitties ran & hid during the cleaning, but after they left, these two shy kitties got the zoomies & have been running around trying to spread their fluff everywhere again. They’ve been running & rolling all over the carpets all afternoon.

When recently received service and was disappointed for several reasons. I filled out a form stating my main priority was the dust underneath the beds. When I got home I checked and the dust was still there. I believe I paid good money for them to clean my 3 bedroom 2 bath home. My house was no dirty at all but I wanted my baseboards cleaned really well and the dust gone. Once I noticed the dust I checked the baseboards as well and I really could not tell if they cleaned them or dusted over them honestly. I reached out with my concerns and they did say they could come back or give me 10% discount. I did not want them coming back because I feel they should have done it correctly in the first place and when I schedule it would have been difficult. I accepted the 10% off but never received it. I called twice inquiring and heard nothing. I am posting this now because it doesn’t appear I will receive my discount and I think that is bad service for multiple reasons. Just my experience hopefully others will be better.

I want to start by saying that I know your team worked hard, and I appreciate their effort. I also understand that changing cleaners midstream can be challenging.

That said, I wanted to share a few concerns from the most recent visit. The young lady who mopped didn’t wring the mop out very well, so the floors stayed wet for a long time. Because I use a wheelchair, my socks ended up dirty the next morning from moving around afterward. I also noticed a few items that were missed and had to ask that they be dusted.

I’m sharing this not to criticize, but to be helpful. Consistency is important to me, and I wanted you to be aware of these issues going forward.

I had a terrible experience with this company. The 2 ladies that came were very nice, but they missed quite a few things that are common cleaning practices. Bathroom floor was not cleaned, trash cans were still full, microwave was not touched or cleaned at all, and sheets were not changed on bed. I will post pictures. I contacted them as soon as I got home and sent pictures. The only thing they’ve offered is to send more people to come finish the job. I would not recommend this company.

Cristina and Jazmin did a great job on my son’s room and the common area at his college apartment. The common area was shared by 3 roommates 2 of which did not bother moving any of their stuff!! Despite the challenge the area looked great and my sons bedroom/bathroom was spotless!!
