Robyn and Jessicadid a very good job cleaning our home. They got right to work and finished up in a timely manner. We appreciate their friendly and kindly attitudes.

I scheduled a move out cleaning. Jennifer and another lady (I don’t remember her name) did the cleaning. I wish I remembered her name because she did most of the work. Every time I checked, Jennifer was in the car on the phone. I know she was responsible for appliances because when asked if they were done, she said yes. The refrigerator was NOT cleaned. The master shower was also NOT cleaned. Things I had to go back and clean. When I called the office to let them know, they were closed so I left a message. I did NOT receive a call back. I was warned not to choose this company and I should have listened. I don’t feel I received the service I paid for and do not recommend this company.

Jessica and Kathy have been cleaning my office at work for about two months. They always leave the office spic and span, are quick and professional. Thank you Molly Maids and thank you Jessica and Kathy!
UPDATE: Alicia and Robyn cleaned today and did an outstanding job. In and out quickly and we're very professional.

Hired to do a move-out cleaning. Specifically asked to clean all lighting, blinds, windows and entire kitchen. Also noted the extensive dog hair to be cleaned. Checked the house about 2-3 hours after they said they were done. Light fixtures still covered in dust, balls of hair floating along the floor and the kitchen looked as though they did the bare minimum. Behind the fridge and under the stove was gross. Needless to say will not use them again as myself and husband had to spend an additional 3 hours cleaning.

Robin and Cathy were so kind and helpful! They made my roommates and i’s college home feel very clean and tidy. 💛 thank you for everything!

Robyn & Billie were early, communicated to let us know when they were in route, and got right to work when they arrived. They got our office cleaned in no time at all and were beyond friendly throughout the process. Receiving an estimate was just as easy, and we are very satisfied with the awesome team at Molly Maid!

They cleaned a kitchen and 3 full bathrooms. Everything turned out great. They cleaned the oven interior as well the shower doors of the bathroom. Great job!
