I've been using them monthly for almost a year and I am very happy! The office staff is very friendly and able to work with my hectic (and unstable) schedule. I have 3 young children so there is a tremendous amount of things to do and they make my home look new every time. Today I had Tanisha (who cleaned by herself) and she was very thorough and friendly. I highly recommend their services....they have changed my life!

I hired Two Maids for a move out clean and overall I am just okay with the outcome. The pros were that the floors looked very nice and it seemed like they paid special attention to vacuuming and sweeping. The two girls who came out were also very sweet. The cons are that the stove was left dirty, the baseboards are all still extremely dirty even though this was listed as part of their cleaning services, and there are still cobwebs throughout the unit. From the reviews my expectations were high because it seemed as though this company has a great track record so maybe this is just a one off but I unfortunately will not be using their services again.

Jasia and Karissa from 2M&aM cleaned our house today and did an excellent job. They were punctual and very pleasant and even bonded with Marco (our cat). We have used 2M&aM for five or six years now and have had consistently good service from virtually all of their staff over those years. We highly recommend them.

I've been using Two Maids & a Mop since March 2023 for a monthly cleaning. I have love everyone's hard work and attention to detail while cleaning. I love the flexibility of the service, I can also reschedule or cancel whenever needed without extra fees.

My most recent cleaning was done by Jarone, and I loved seeing a man within the cleaning industry. He did a very good job cleaning. I would recommend Two Maids & a Mop to plenty of my friends. 10/10 experience.

We have been using Two Maids and a Mop for three weekly cleanings so far, and we are absolutely thrilled with every aspect of their service. The staff are always friendly and professional, and they work so hard to do a great job for our family. I am most impressed with how they rid our house of pet hair each week. We have three large dogs, but one would never know it when they get finished!

It is wonderful to come home to a freshly cleaned house, and it makes my busy life so much easier. They are also the most affordable cleaning service that I have found, which has made it possible for us to have weekly cleanings. And Kathy, the office manager is fantastic. She is kind and responsive to scheduling requests. I can't recommend this company and these great people highly enough! We feel very lucky to have found them.

Hired for first time today. I met with Aubrey & Ashly previous to my scheduled “deep clean”. We all went over together my expectations for the type cleaning I wanted done. They were extremely receptive and gave me input on best methods to achieve both our goals. Also we have pets, both Aubrey and Ashly assured me they would be exceptionally sweet to and aware of our furry friends. That’s a phenomenal plus. I've been a client for a few years, Two Maids is very flexible with scheduling and cost effective which are great assets. I'm very pleased with my service and recommend. There may be different cleaners but they will try to pair you up with the one you recommend.

I recently had Jarone & Jarvis clean my apartment, and it was an amazing 10/10 experience. They were incredibly professional and thorough. Every corner of my place is spotless, and they paid attention to all the little details. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Jarone & Jarvis for anyone looking for top-notch cleaning services! I’m definitely going to be hiring them again!!

I have always had this big brain block that I’m supposed to clean my own house, mostly, because I never felt that anyone could ever do it as good as I could myself! I am SO happy to report they can do it as good as I can!! I never want to do it again myself…ever! Much thanks to Paxton and Jerone for making it a wonderful, and relaxing experience! They were in and out within 3 hours…I am very happy customer. Thanks guys! :)

I absolutely love having Two Maids clean my house! I have used this service for a year and I am never disappointed with the outcome. This last cleaning was done by Jarone and Jarvis and let me tell you, these men can clean! The got dirt out of places I had never seen dirt. I was impressed. My house smelt so good afterwards and my family was thrilled to have a clean house. I will always use this service to keep my house clean. Best money ever spent.

I have now been a customer for 3 months and have loved every second of it! Liz and Lynn were my most recent cleaners and my house looks fantastic! Everything is so clean and so neat it's crazy. I look forward to their cleaning services every time they come. I highly recommend this company!

I had a great cleaning today from Jarvis and Jarone! They were nice, friendly, polite, and efficient, but not rushed. I was so impressed. They even made the bed on my two-year-old son’s crib - such a nice touch!

We had Sally clean our two person ..two large dog home. Large home. I came home to a wonderful cleaned sheets..floors. dishes..corners. and not a spic of dog hair. The dogs would not even shake their hair around after Sally left. When they did shake hair.. I do not feel over taken to do my morning chores before work. Thanks Sally.

Two Maids did an amazing job cleaning my house! Over the past decade, I've used various cleaning services in all the cities I've lived in. My experience with Two Maids is one of the best I've ever had. They were professional, incredibly thorough, and they paid attention to every detail, including things like the inside of the microwave. My place is literally the cleanest it's ever been, and I'll definitely use Two Maids for my next house cleaning!

Hit or miss. We used Two Maids for several months. The cleaners are always different as is the experience.

Some times we would have the BEST service. There are some great cleaners.

The next week, we would have to call them back to mop. Sometimes cleaners would stay the and clean for 1.5 to 2 hours (as they should) and others (according to our Ring cameras) were in and out in 30 minutes).

We ended up getting a living room security camera as well just to monitor if the cleaners were staying to do the full clean.

Recently, we switched to another company because the service canceled on us because the home before us canceled on them.

We were told the cleaners went home because they couldn't come three hours earlier to us.

In our home we have day and night shift remote workers working from home and people are always in our home and have a variety of sleep schedules. We agreed to a certain day, time and schedule to have cleaners arrive due to the night shift and day shift workers in our family.

We were texted that their workers were "stranded" for three hours because they couldn't come three hours earlier to us due to our schedule and the company canceled less than 1.5 hours before arrival.

Speaking to the company they confirmed they still got paid from the people who canceled on them but were not able to clean our home at the agreed upon time due to too much time in between and that the cleaners are working on commission.

After wanting us to reschedule and rearrange to fit them in, we opted to end our services and go with another cleaning company altogether.

Unfortunately, there have been too many inconsistencies and situations here.

And another case in which customers have to cancel 48 hours in advance but the company can cancel within two hours without compensation.

We would like to write a review for the cleaners who were here today. Jarone and Jarvis came in and cleaned. They are two talented gentlemen and we enjoy having them here. They do a good job. They work diligently and fast; the house looks fine when they are finished. Thank you for having such able workers. We enjoyed seeing them again and looking forward to the next time.

Rebekah and Haleigh were on time and did a wonderful job. I will definitely use Two Maids again.

August 2025 we worked with Two Maids in April [below] and again wanted their help. Yesterday Felicia and Chanté stopped in to help us out. I wanted to have the area rugs vacuumed and pulled up, then the floor mopped. I had a few other items, this was the big thing as I don't have the mobility to do a great job on floors. They did a GREAT job, exactly as requested. Their vacuum did a much better job than might giving one of the rugs a brighter appearance. Thanks ladies!! Love the look, I will definitely use this service again.

April 2025 We recently purchased a home in Tallahassee and enlisted the help of Two Maids to get the home fresh and ready for move in...Today thanks to Cindy and Caylee, our home is fresh and clean throughout. They cleaned the floors, the bathrooms, baseboards, and many other details. They provided some additional detail items we hadn't thought of, including a chandelier that is a bit kooky that we love. Professional and detail oriented, no surprises did as requested and more.zillow

unsatisfied with the service! they didn’t cleaning everything that was on the package that I hired and pay. I ask for a move in cleaning, and they did less than a basic cleaning.
didn’t cleaned the blinds, outside and inside the cabinets of kitchen and bathrooms, doors and door frames, windows frames, refrigerator, lights fixtures, closets…. i took some pictures, asked for someone come to check the service that was delivered, and they return just $75 of $502 that I payed!
They offer to come over to fix the issues, but I just want to pay for what was delivered!

I ordered a deep clean of my house. The crew of two were polite and efficient. For the most part, the clean was good. Some things that were supposed to be cleaned were not, however.

I have a large dog who sheds, and there was still dog hair around all of the base boards in my rooms, as if a vacuum weren't run around the edges. The ceiling fans were still covered in dust. The refrigerator hadn't been cleaned out, and the blinds still had dust and dander on them.

The deep clean package on the website specifically lists the above as part of their service. Yet they were not taken care of.

The price was reasonable, but the quality seemed to be lacking. What was cleaned was spotless - I can't complain about that. But when I pay for a specific service, I expect that service to be performed. Again, the crew was great, polite in my interactions, and thorough.. to a point.

Update: they sent the crew back out to address the issues I had at no cost. Everything covered in the deep clean was addressed. Office staff was apologetic and the crew finished the job.

Jerone and Lynn cleaned my apartment today and it looked as though no one ever lived there. This was a move out clean. Very cheap! Im using them when we move next year! Ask for jerone and lynn to clean for you!
