We've been using The Maids for our house cleaning for years and have been very happy with the quality of their work. We have had moments of miscommunication but this business is professional and quickly resolved our issues within 24 hours.

I needed a thorough clean of my kitchen and master bathroom and that is exactly what I got! Team 4 was so thorough and efficient and left the kitchen sparkling like it was brand new and the bathroom totally disinfected and ready for use. Fantastic service! Quick but thorough. Professional and efficient. The Red Team (Faith, Carolyn and Kayla) is the best. We always ask for the Red Team but we would recommend any team from The Maids. It’s the best cleaning company we’ve ever used in over 20 years.

Emily and her “Red Team” are simply the very best! They all are polite, friendly and professional. Emily assigns the team the tasks they are to perform while in my home and they go about it, making sure the tiniest detail is not missed! My house is so fresh and clean when they leave!! Despite having a 4.9 star rating, and spending more than 6 hours in the house, most of the house is worse than when it started. The positives are they did a decent job in the blinds, and the bathrooms, but that's it. There was a large amount of dust in one of the corners of the house. Debris on the carpet, dust around the oven, dirt throughout the house, tons of bad mop streaking on the wood floors, and marks on the tile. No one has been in the house since they cleaned, so the dirt wasn't tracked in later. They also didn't clean the wire shelving in the utility room. We are going to have to clean the house ourselves, more so than we would've originally.

We’ve used several teams from this service and they are all excellent! Our most recent team was Team #1. They were phenomenal! Both our shower and our tub are difficult to clean, but they left them sparkling! And they even noticed and cleaned an old grease spot on one of our white doors where one of our cats likes rub her scent! Thanks for all that you do!

We had a "Move Out" cleaning done on a house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and approx. 1500 square feet. The house was fairly clean - only needed thorough cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen appliances, baseboards, etc. The cleaning was very over-priced (over $600! - we were given an initial quote that was significantly lower, but because the crew took longer to do the cleaning? we were charged more...) and the cleaning was not nearly as thorough as it should have been. I noticed several stains on the laminate wood flooring when I came back that required further cleaning - revealing a significant amount of dirt that the crew did not take care of. Honestly, I feel like we were ripped off!

UPDATE! - The Maids of Tallahassee management team reached out to us and we were able to resolve the issue I mentioned in my review above. I really respect that they reached out to us very quickly and worked with us. That says a lot in regard to their commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction. Thank you!

As always the team members were very friendly, professional, and efficient. They were on time and worked quickly. I have used The Maids three or four times now for a deep cleaning and they always do a good job. I highly recommend them. They truly do great work.

The Maids of Tallahassee, led by Tara, worked so very hard and diligently cleaning my Mom's house after she had a head injury and needed extra help. Mom was hesitant, but then she was moved by how hard the team worked. They cleaned by hand from floor to ceiling, changing cloths regularly. And they were kind to my Mom and helped her feel at ease with having a team come in to do things she's always, in the past, been able to do. The place was so refreshed. We are so grateful. And yes, we will book on-going cleanings. Their service was a big help to me and to my Mom. And this was a big relief to my heart.

For the amount of money I paid, I expected better service. Sent out 4 employees for a "deep clean" and when I asked if they could wipe inside the cabinet under the sink, I was told they could vacuum it but it would cost extra to wipe it down....one cabinet that took me 2 minutes to wipe down. I noticed the day after they left that they missed cleaning two windows. I suspect it is because I have a love seat sitting in front of the windows. Had they mentioned it, I would have gladly moved the love seat. I noticed a sour smell and suspected it was the product they used to "mop" the floors. I decided to run a damp mop across the floors and noticed the product they used left a brown residue on the floors. Yuck! Will not use this service again.

Hart Lawn Care is the best lawncare company in town. It is very difficult in the lawncare business to find a company that strives to go over and beyond expectations and they certainly exceed expectations. The company provided me excellent service and even provided me a deal on a used mower just to help me out. Amazing people doing amazing work.

These guys are the best there is. They are ALWAYS quick to respond, they do what they say and say what they do. They do a professional job and are great at following up. They have maintained multiple sites and installed numerous jobs for me. You want somebody you can trust call these guys!
