If you want tree service with professionalism with safety first and showing up on time all the while leaving your property clean James and crew is the best. I would definitely recommend and use him again!

James and his team removed a rotting pecan tree from the property line we share with a neighbor. They arrived and had the tree down in no time. All debris was removed immediately and the price was reasonable. Samantha was helpful and communicative while trying to schedule. Great service!

Arborist by Nature was recommended by a friend and am sorry it didn't work out. I feel like I was completely taken advantage of by James and his wife Samantha. I was sent an estimate for TRIMMING overgrown holly bushes and azaleas as well as removal of a few limbs. I did not PRE-approve the work nor did I schedule a time for them to do the work...I had planned to get two other estimates as is common practice however, James and his crew arrived at my house less than 48 hours later and began the work. It was to late for me to stop them and I figured I would use a credit card.. however,they destroyed the Holly bushes and I still have a limb hanging over my fence. Debris is still in my yard and Watepro will not remove because it's oversized. James told me that the debris would probably be picked up that day or the next. That was five days ago and the debris is now spilled onto my street. I've contacted the office and spoken to Samantha who said the cleanup crew doesn't work in the rain...ok but it's not raining all day every day! Even Watepro came out on a rainy day. If not cleared up by them today I plan to contest the credit card charge. Samantha is also the one that sent the crew to my house before I confirmed the work. The price was exorbitant and I feel really taken advantage of. They have good ratings but really do not deserve them! I use a wheelchair and live alone and feel like a stupid old woman for not sending them on their way when they arrived at my house with no confirmation by me to do the work. Be careful before you hire them. The holly bushes look awful and I only hope they revive in a few years. Warning - Clarify everything before you hire!
Update the debris was picked up so I've increased the rating after receiving several calls from the owner. I stand by original post but don't appreciate the robo calls. Since debris was picked up I felt like I should up the rating. If they're truly interested in a five Star rating maybe they should give me a partial reimbursement...but harassing me is not the way to win my recommendation...

Excellent customer service, professional on what they are doing and clean job! I definitely use them when I have tree removal projects!

Want to give a great shout out to James from Arborist by Nature (licensed and certified). James trimmed my curbside live oak tree, removed deadwood, and opened up the canopy for more daylight to reach the grass. Cleaned up and took away all debris. I received three other quotes for this job, James was my first and I should’ve stop there! His price was the most reasonable, and does all the work himself. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and will give good advice on do’s and don’ts. Need a tree trimmer, call Arborist by Nature! (Two photos before and one after)

We have been using Arborists by Nature for the past several years. Great work at a very fair price. If you have palms that need trimming or just some good advice, give James a try!

A couple of years ago, Arborist by Nature came out and pretty much cleared the yard and trim trees for us. I communicated with Hames and Samantha. They were professional, thoughtful, and considerate of what I wanted done. They did a wonderful job. It was such a pleasure working with them that when we needed a tree removed and stumps grind down some months ago, we called. We receive same professional service at a great price. Thank you James. These guys did an amazing job! We had a HUGE pine tree in the front yard that they took done skillfully and safely. We are happy with this company and there professionalism.

Jason's helped me a couple times, first finding and hauling 10yds of garden soil to my place, then dropping some dangerous trees for me. One was a big old hollow oak about 3' across, right in a corner where my fence met my barn. He and his crew got it down with no damage to either. Will call him first the next time I need tree work.

I had several quotes to take my trees down and Jason was the most honest and reasonable. I can't believe how fast they did the work and we're even very careful to not damage some of my younger trees. I will definitely be using them again next year for two more.

Jason and his crew removed a dead pine tree from my front yard. They did an excellent job taking it down and cleaning up afterwards. Fast service and reasonable prices. I highly recommend him to do any tree service. Thank you Jason !!

Jason did work for me twice the first time he did a beautiful job the second time. Oh my gosh, it has been five months since I’ve seen Jason, or heard from him. when I called Jason he told me that the tree wasn’t going anywhere. Another huge limb ended up falling off ripping out the powerlines so it ended up costing another 700. Dollars way to go. So it has ended up costing me $4700 for about five pieces of tin 4 2X4 never remove the tree, never fix the roof from the inside of the house. This job hiring him with a big mistake I’ll never be made I am so disappointed in this boy. Jason has not returned to take. The rest of the tree down are to clean up his mess would not recommend him to anyone. I guess the biggest mistake I made is that he seem to be a very genuine nice person. Trust worthy so I paid him in full at front big big mistake. My husband has asked me to file charges against him for taking advantage of me.
The only reason why I sent him the last $700 because he told me didn’t have any money to pay the guy that was happening so I trusted him and sent the money and I got screwed

Would definitely recommend! We were in a time crunch and needed two trees cut down quickly. Jason was very responsive! He provided an estimate (great pricing!) & insurance the same day we talked and arrived with his team to complete the work the very next day. Did a great job and was very dependable. Will hire them again in the future!

Jason and his crew did an excellent job! Arrived early, very professional, very polite and friendly! Removed all trees very quickly, dealt with the logs exactly how we asked. Couldn't be happier.
