Huge dead pine tree fell in my backyard during a wind event on a Saturday. Called Miller’s on Monday, estimate done on Tuesday and tree removed on Thursday. Very reasonably priced and great cleanup too! I wouldn’t call anyone else for all my tree needs.

The crew was professional, quick, and did a great clean up of removing not only what they took down, but other yard debris as well. Highly recommend. Will be using them in the future for sure. They made light work out of an oak that was getting way to big and too close to my house. They did a great job on clean up and were careful not to damage my wood fence I built just a few inches from the tree trunk.

A very talented team. They were on time, avoided hurting any neighboring trees that I requested to be untouched, stayed on task, did a beautiful job, were polite and friendly, then cleaned up my yard to be better than when they arrived. We had two large pines removed, stump grinding, and two other trees trimmed. The crew was very receptive of our wishes and allowed us to ask questions anytime during the removal. One man positioned the lift right next to our house and never touched the house. The two trees were 22 feet from our house. Very professional crew. They even blew our roof off during the clean up. They left our place in better condition than it was before they got here. Stumps were ground beautifully and he explained how to take care of the area after a few rains. We have two more pines to be removed so we will be scheduling another appointment. Thank you so much to Miller's Tree Service!!

I am very happy with their service. The team came out and in one day took care of all the trees that we discussed. The most amazing part of their service was the clean up. Once they left one could never tell they were there. I highly recommend them for all tree services.

I have used several tree services over the last couple years and this one, by far, was the most professional AND showed up when they promised. The "tree stump grinding" young man was super nice and helped my husband haul the remains to the street - something he did NOT have to do. I highly recommend them.

Big Bend Tree Service did an excellent job on my property, removed 22+ trees, ground the stumps and removed the debris in a short period of time and for a reasonable price. I recommend them to everyone.

Pretty frustrated that a miscommunication on their side forced us to cancel, and therefore delay, a pretty big job.

When they came to give us a quote, we talked about one particular tree and I showed very clearly where I want it to be pruned. They were ok with that and gave a quote. Again, they agreed to remove one of the trunks exactly at the place I've shown.

Today, when they came to do the actual job, they said that they won't make the cut because it will kill the rest of the tree. I don't question (although very much doubt) it, but they should've refused to do it the day they came for the quote. The guy who refused to prune was here for the quote, so he should have known what we want to do.

I do not know how good they are at actually pruning/removing trees, but the customer service and communication is definitely off.

Scott and his crew cleared my lot recently with expert service! Whole team was friendly and went above and beyond to see that I was a satisfied customer! Cleared my lot and ground the stumps. They even ground some preexisting stumps free of charge. Great company and will recommend.

Excellent in every respect Big Bend Tree is the best tree service EVER ...from onsite estimate by Scott who explained clearly along the way... to the safe removal of 22 giant trees during which they worked like the expert team they are including great crane and ground crew operations, and best grinding and cleanup!!! We will recommend them BRAVO!!!!

Phenomenal job! Got quotes from 3 other companies and they beat every one by a long shot! The work is second to none and they did an amazing job on cleanup, removal, stump grinding, brush clearing, and trimming. Very respectful, honest, and overall just good people to work with. Others said it would take a week to do the job; they did it in 3 days. They've got the knowledge, the equipment, and the experience to handle any job! HIGHLY recommend!

These guys did a great job for a great price! Professional, courteous, precise and accommodating! They didn't hesitate to take down a couple extra trees for us last minute for a great price. They also cleaned up all their debris and then some! I absolutely recommend them and would hire them again!

Big Bend Tree Service cut down 6 oak trees in my yard yesterday. They cut 15 oaks in my front yard last year. Bet I won’t have to worry about another tree falling on my house or car ever again!! 🤣. They are very professional, they immediately start working and don’t stop until the job is done. They clean up the entire yard when they’re finished. Great job guys!

Had 2 trees cut down, office staff- So friendly and helpful, on site staff- friendly, knowledgeable, fast, professional. I cannot say enough great things about this company! Price was much Less than expected, very fair and reasonable! Estimate/quote was done within a day of calling, work was done within a couple days of accepting the quote! This will be my Go To company for any tree service needs!
