BBTS did an excellent job completing the trimming and removal of dead branches from our live oak tree. The staff was courteous, professional, and accommodating to our needs. Their cleanup was very good and complete. I highly recommend BIG BEND TREE SERVICES LLC! We will use again when needed. My wife is happy and that makes me happy.

I just had 9 trees removed from my yard. I was extremely pleased with the professional, polite, highly-skilled crew and staff. I was amazed at how fast and efficient they worked together. This is an excellent company that cares about your satisfaction and they take pride in their work.

The BBTS team was very friendly and direct about pricing, which was better than the competition. Our trees were in difficult positions and they carefully and professionally got the job done quickly, and before the promised date. All debris was hauled the following day.

I’ve used this company twice for tree removal. This company provides reasonable cost estimates for the services. The office staff were friendly and professional. The crew did an excellent job removing the trees, trimming and pruning other trees that were not removed, cleaning the debris and restoring everything as it was prior to service. The professionalism, safety and timeliness is superior.

Big Bend Tree Service did an excellent job removing multiple (very tall) pine trees from our property. They went out of the way to be helpful and friendly. We were grateful that they were able to remove the pines in our backyard without having to use a crane. They even helped our next door neighbor who initially asked for BBTS to trim a few dead limbs and then asked for several trees to be removed from her yard!

WOW ! what a great experience we had with Big Bend Tree Service. This crew was awesome they worked extremely hard . Everything was done as we requested. It was very hot but that didn’t seem to slow these guys down. I feel they went above and beyond . Based on my experience with them I would highly recommend this company

I had two very large trees removed. This required quite a bit of heaving equipment to be navigated to my small back yard. I came home from work and it was obvious that great care was taken to ensure that my lawn was not damaged in any way. They exceeded my expectations and I will recommend these gentlemen to any family and friends moving forward.

This company is like no other! From the owner of the company Mr. Scott down to his men who do the work these people I would highly recommend! They are professionals and are in and out in one day! Scott sent his crew to my home and my business and I was so impressed with them I cant wait to use them again. Every single one of his workers are professional and courteous! And when the job was done every single worker walked up to me and shook my hand and thank me for my business I would think those boys held stock in the company by the way they handled business! They came to my property and did exactly what was agreed upon. The crew was very professional and worked well together. They didn't get in a hurry and leave the job half done. They cleaned everything up and didn't leave me to take care of what they missed. They really surpassed my expectations and I felt that I got a good value for my money. I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Big Bend Tree was very professional, responsible and efficient. We had one pecan tree trimmed and one pecan tree removed. Mr. Scott explained all the details from protecting our lawn to hauling the trees at out first meeting. When the crew arrived, the work was performed without any issues. I had 3 huge pine trees one of which I was told was very difficult to cut down and a huge oak tree. I quoted many other tree services and it was obvious that big bend was the most capable of getting the job done safely. the price was also reasonable. Kenny, Robert, Joey, and Clark were extremely hard working, punctual, and professional. They even tidy up afterwards blowing and raking the debris. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Just want to thank Big Bend Tree Service for a Job well done. They sent out a crew of 4 Young men to do the job (Tyler,Rocky,Joe and Kason) These young men went above and beyond to get this job done in a professional manner and not stop working until the Job was finished. In todays society To many young people really don’t know what real labor work is ( I know this from younger generation of Men working with me) These young men came out to my home and put in some labor. I did not see them goofing off or taking breaks etc. I seen them doing some kind of work the whole time they were here ,Either raking up areas where small limbs had fallen or running chainsaws they did not stop. I would like to say Thank You again to Big Ben Tree Service and to Tyler ,Rocky ,Joe and Kason for a Great Job. I will be hiring this company in the next few months to come back out and get some more trees down Before Hurricane season starts.

From start to finish my experience with Big Bend Tree Service was excellent. The estimate was received in a timely manner and the quote was reasonable. The insurance coverage was transparent. The crew was professional and friendly and safety conscious. The job was done exactly as expected and the grounds were cleaned up when completed. Thanks Big Bend!

We used Big Bend Tree Service to remove 5 trees on our property. Scott came out and gave us a quote within a couple of days of requesting a quote and the crew was out doing the work the very next week. We got quotes from 3 other companies and Big Bend was the best on price. Five trees were cut down and all the brush was removed all within 24 hours. The crew left my yard as clean as when they arrived. I'm only calling Big Bend next time I need more trees taken out.

After the recent storms, I realized that I had two dead trees tucked into the power lines that needed to be removed. I also have 9 tall cabbage palms that had never been trimmed and were constantly causing a mess by dropping fronds and berries everywhere. I received several quotes and the plan from BBTS was the most comprehensive, made the most sense, and was a bit cheaper than other quotes, especially given that the estimate also included trimming a giant water oak branch off my shed. Scott was great and clearly knows what he's doing. I really appreciated his orientation that we all need to be better stewards of the trees versus a "cut them all down" type approach.

The team was extremely professional and knowledgable. They expertly removed a giant pine that had fused to a water oak., trimmed the palms, and cleaned up everything off the shed. They were in an out in a day and took all the yard debris with them. The yard looks great and is even drying out behind the shed (which I didn't think would happen), my trees are so much happier and healthier now, and I'm no longer worried that my trees will take out my house or power for the neighborhood when it rains!

I had a very difficult tree to remove. Big Bend Tree Service did a fantastic job removing the Tree. The price was very fair. They were on time and were very professional. The next day I did not even know the tree was gone. I have had many trees removed in the past but have never had a clean up so well done. This is a true 5 star company. I would strongly recommend Big Bend Tree Service.

It’s been a while, but Kenny and his crew took down several very difficult trees. They even had to use a boat to haul away some of the debris. He is a stand up guy, very skilled, who shows up when he says he will and charges what he said he would. This is a good, local tree company. We’ve used them for smaller jobs and always feel satisfied. Definitely recommend Big Bend and Kenny Walker!

One of the best experiences ever had by a company that has done work at our home. Everyone working was so courtious and went above and beyond in the line of their job. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing tree work done. Price was well under 2 other companies as well.

From weekend emergency response and removal of a fallen limb to prompt scheduling for removal of the risky trees shedding onto the house, our experience with Big Bend Tree Service has been outstanding. They carefully noted the locations of drain fields and sprinkler lines and set up their equipment (crane, lifts tractor, loader, grinder) in a thoughtful, responsive manner. They hauled off as they went, leaving the property cleaner than they found it - including blowing off the roof. The price was fair. Every crew member we spoke with was professional, compassionate, and considerate of us. We are glad we were referred to them, glad we selected them, and highly recommend them to you.
