Mark Morrissey was great. He was so knowledgeable and helped us with everything. We appreciate him and he is an asset to your company.

Agreed on a price for install had a few days to shop around. I cancel prior to deadline and sales decides to drop the price 2k . I choose not go with the Tallahassee branch.

I was looking for a gutter system that would keep itself clean and keep my off my steep metal roof… LeafFilter does just that .. i was impressed with the quality of the materials and the design, and installation crew tackled the challenge of a very tight corner with dedication and passion to make it not only fit, it functions perfectly…

The installer was good however a section of the installation is not performing as advertised. I have made 4 calls to try to get this resolved however after 3 weeks still no response. I did get the number for the local office however the call goes to voice mail which is full and cannot take anymore messages. This is really frustrating

The person who responded has poor communication skills ! He took to long to figure out how to help! I have a town house so they can’t install gutters if your neighbor doesn’t want gutters on their side!

I asked for quote. Sales rep came on time, developed quote, and presented the various options. If I said yes at that moment the installation price would be half of the original quoted price. I mentioned I was waiting for other quotes to compare, rep said if I didn't take his price now (Thursday) it would be double on the following Tuesday. Predatory sales, beware.

Scheduled an appointment with leaf filter...salesman showed up on time, I signed a contract Saturday morning. On Sunday I received an Email from Wells Fargo that their interest rate was 28%...I had been promised 0% for 12 months......I immediately texted my salesman, he said he would get with Wells Fargo and clear it up....never heard from him again...on Tuesday the installer showed up to do the job and I informed him the job was on hold..I suppose leaf filter was going to do tge job and then expect me to pay 28% interest...so dishonest.....while I'm standing there the installer talked to his boss(who didn't want to talk to me) and they said Jeff and the salesman would be calling me back...never heard from either of them...called the office that evening and talked to Josh, he said he was so sorry, said how unprofessional that was and his boss would be getting back to me immediately...he never called either....I was literally lied to several times by multiple people over a few days...how these people are in business, I will never know....If I could give 0 stars, I would...they wasted my time, were unprofessional and never did what they said they were going to....guess I dodged a bullet....

Great product to stop the pine straw (we live in Florida, pine trees are very abundant) from filling and pouring over the top of our gutters. The way the leaf guards were installed, the rain water or sea breeze clears off any that may have fallen from the trees. I highly recommend this product, use discounts for a more affordable price

So far I am not at all happy with this product. The installer was EXTREMELY nasty, rude and disrespectful. He even left the debris in my yard for me to clean. Very disappointed.

I did not appreciate the "high pressure" sales tactics used by the guy who came out to the house. He told me he would except a "yes" or a "no" but not a "maybe" to the price he had given me. My partner was at work and I would obviously have wanted to discuss the cost with him prior to making a commitment but LeafFilter did not give me that courtesy. Maybe this technique of pressuring people works with other potential customers but definitely not me.

I can't speak to the quality of their work, only that these are not honest business people. After their estimator used high-pressure sales techniques to get us to sign their contract, they then decided it wasn't worth it to them and tried every trick in the book to get out of it. Instead of just coming clean, they delayed, dissembled, and defrauded. We gave them every benefit of the doubt, but were left astonished at their bad faith. I wouldn't let them touch your house. But I'll probably let the Better Business Bureau know about them.

Leaf Filter does work, but in specific areas of my roof the debris from Oak Trees, specifically the Oak blooms get caught on the filter, (per the Rep who cleaned off this area) because of the grit from the shingles get caught on the filters and the blooms buildup and cause the water to flow over the gutters.
In 98 % of the rest of the roof line there is no water overflow.

Professional removal of old gutter system and installation of the new LeafFilter system was done in half a day. The system not only looks great but functions wonderfully!

We signed a contract to have gutters installed on our new home Friday, 7/30/21. Although the company charged my credit card 10% of the cost of the job a few days before, no one called to let us know when they were coming on the 30th. So, on the morning of the 30th, I called the customer service number and explained that I took the day off of work and needed to know when they were coming. A few moments later, someone from the local office returned my called. They told me that they would be out around 1 PM. The actual person that was doing the installation then called me a few minutes later and explained he wasn’t the guy scheduled to do the job, but since he was asked and he has the materials, he’ll be at our home after he completes a job in Georgia that they did not complete the day before. I said no worries, but explained I took the day off. He chuckled and said, “uh oh, that means time and money!” So they understood the significance and the importance of getting the work done on the 30th, as the contract stated. Fast forward to 6 PM, no one showed and no one called. The following Monday, August 2, I called the customer service number to request a refund of my deposit since no one showed up or bothered to call me. I was told someone from the local office would call me, but that never happened. Finally, after getting no response, I asked customer service for the local office’s phone number in Tallahassee and called them directly this morning, August 4, 2021. The person I spoke to said that he would speak with their finance people and my refund would be processed. There was no apology, no shock that no one showed up, no concern whatsoever that they failed to show up to complete a job despite, charging hundreds of dollars for the deposit. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend. I’ve since learned they grossly over charge. So, it was a blessing in disguise that they breached the contract and failed to show. Let’s see how long it takes to get the refund.

Update: as of August, 14, 2021, still no refund or call back from the local or regional offices, despite promises that I’d receive same. Just saw the comment from the owner below. I’ll try to call this number this weekend, but I’m sure I spoke with someone from this office yesterday. Sad.

Since a house is such a big investment it's worth protecting. We really felt we did that when we had LeafFilter Gutter Protection installed. That fact that the product warranty will stay with the house even if we sell is also a huge plus.

LeafFilter was very affordable. The salesman not only explained it in detail, but demoed the product against samples of other gutter protection products. No pressure sales. They even offered a military discount. Instalation was fast and the installers were friendly and professional. Performed as advertised! Highly recommended this product!

I was somewhat concerned that the installers could not speak English, they were fast and efficient. Also the Leaffilter manager came out later to inspect their work and said all was done correctly. I'm pleased so far but I've only had them for a few weeks.

contacted LeafFilter and scheduled an estimate on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. I scheduled to meet with the estimator on Thursday, May 19th at 11AM. The estimator arrived on time and was very courteous and did not engage in any pressure sales techniques. Once we agreed on work to be done I signed the paperwork and he scheduled the work to begin the following day Friday, May 20th.

On Friday I received a call from the installer advising me he was at my residence. I informed him I was on my way home and he could begin work. At that time he told me he had hit one of the brick walls on either side of the driveway. When I asked how badly it was damaged he indicated it was destroyed. When I arrived home I observed the wall had been completely destroyed and he indicated he had hit it with the rear tire of his vehicle. He stated he could repair the wall himself but would have to come back at a later date after he found similar brick. He began removing the old gutters and putting up the new gutters. Approximaey 3 hours later I looked outside and he had left leaving a crumpled pile of old gutters in the middle of my front lawn. While i had no issue with the new gutter installation he left without providing a business card or contact information.

When I discovered this I began calling LeafFilter Customer Service. I called them no less than 6 times and each time I was told by the call taker how sorry they were to hear about my problem and this was being "elevated" to a Manger who would contact me by the end of the day. I called Friday, Saturday and Monday and have yet to hear from anyone associated with LeafFilter.

When I was given my estimate I was told one of the benefits of LeafFilter was that all aspects from manufacturing to installation was done by LeafFilter. What I learned is the installers are simply subcontracted by LeafFilter.

At this point I have mangled gutters laying my front lawn and a brick wall in pieces in my driveway. If this is the level of service and respect one can expect from LeafFilter I would not recommend them to anyone. The fact that I contacted them no less than 6 times over a 4 day period regarding damage their employee did to my property and not even a courteous phone call in return should tell you all you need to know.

We had a 30' section installed to determine if it worked as advertised. It worked extremely well, and we are very pleased with the function. After listening to the technical workings associated with the filter and all, we understand how it works, and that is why it functions as well as it does. We will order more. You get what you pay for in this case.

We own a rental property and decided to put on gutters to protect our investment after installing a brand new roof. We chose LeafFilter to do the work. They incorrectly installed the gutters which caused water damage, which their own technician acknowledged. He said the company would fix this damage and make it right. They have not! They did re-install the incorrectly installed gutters after a lot of back and forth, but had to get "corporate" approval to fix the water damage caused by the incorrect installation. Corporate decided this was due to owner neglect (clogged gutters), which is ridiculous as my husband meticulously keeps the gutters clear and blows off the roof on a regular basis in an effort to keep this from happening. We are considering legal action, but save yourself the trouble and BUYER BEWARE! They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK AND WILL NOT FIX THE WATER DAMAGE CAUSED BY THEIR INITIALLY BOTCHED WORK! Gutters are to avoid water damage, not to create it. But if you choose this company, then you will be on your own to fix the damage the may cause. They have all these one star reviews for a reason.
