Happy with the entire experience. Great customer service. Came out same week I purchased. Quick installation time, couple hours.

Very easy scheduling an appointment. The sales representative was punctual and professional. The product gives the roof a fresh new look, definitely better than the “wire” which was there. The installer got the job done regardless of the rain. The minor roadblock on my roof was handled. We’re quite satisfied. Thanks!

Installation crew was fast and efficient. They arrived at the scheduled time. They cleaned up installation area before they left. Did a good job of installing the filters, from what I can tell on the ground.

Your salesperson, Michael Eaton, was very knowledgeable and personable. He explained the product thoroughly and had samples available to show me. He was quick in measuring and giving an estimate on the spot. A very nice experience! And the installers were quick and neat, no debris left at all ! Thank you for great looking and performing gutters!

I can't say that I am unhappy with the product as it was just installed and has great reviews. But my installer was a big issue. The day they were supposed to install they said they would arrive between 8-12. Around 11 I got a call that said they would be a little late as they had a flat tire. Ok. I understand. At 1:30 they were still not here so, I had to cancel because I had to be at work. Later that day the scheduler reached out to schedule another day.
We decided on Saturday . They arrived at 10, four guys. Got out of truck saying they would leave one guy here to cover existing gutters and be back that afternoon to install new gutters and finish the job. Four o'clock comes and someone knocks on my door and says they will be a while yet. I said that I had an appointment and would be leaving at 5. Guy calls me that night and says he can do it tomorrow between 8-9. He finally shows up at 12. Promptness is not their thing I guess!

Had Leaf Filter installed one year ago. What they don’t tell you is that all of the debris sits on top of the leaf filter and not in your gutters. It does not protect your house as they say it does. It does not magically blow off debris because of some special screen they use. You still have to deal with the debris sitting on top, falling off the edge of the gutter filter onto the side of the gutters onto your house. When called to come check that the filters were working properly they sent someone out that couldn’t help. They did offer to come out and blow the debris off of the gutter filters for $175.00. So tell me the purpose of these? Not at all what I expected of what this company offered in their sales pitch! So disappointed with this decision!!!!

Carlos, the sales rep., was very through in his presentation. Everything he shared the installers would do was done. They unclogged my gutters (which I was paying another company to do), cleaned up the work area before leaving, answered all of my questions, and provided before and after photos. TREMENDOUS JOB!

The salesperson was very helpful but biased, and the installers were very nice and professional! I asked the salesperson if we could just install 15 feet of the gutter and connect it to the undamaged portion, and he said he'd call in and find out. They said that I should do the entire 70 feet of gutter. When the installers arrived, they asked why I was replacing the whole 70 feet when "he said," We could just replace 15 to 20 feet of it.
The salesperson contacted me, and I explained the above to him. I said it would be nice if they sent me $500.00 for selling me something I didn't need, and I brought it up before installation. He said he would check with his leadership. I haven't heard anything except for this survey request, so here it is.

Gutters look great and I don’t have to clean them out anymore! Yay no more ladders!

Updating review: Found out that we were lied to and the leaf filter was not installed with our gutters even though that is the entire reason we called the company and paid the price we did. Do not trust these crooks. They are frauds. They will lie and tell you that you are paying for and getting a leaf filter and not install it.

The guys that came out here were very polite and professional. The work they did was immaculate. They ended up having to trim some of my roof for the gutters and it looks very very professional. I couldn't have picked a better crew to do the job. A job well done.

A very seamless experience

Monday - called to schedule the estimate

Tuesday - estimate and sales process was informative and simple. My only regret is not holding out for one more discount. Installation was scheduled for Friday.

Friday - installer called and said one of his crew was not able to make it so it was rescheduled for Monday.

Monday - Arrived at 9:30 - Complete at 1:00. Everything was cleaned up.

I wanted to wait to see how the gutters worked before posting my review. We have had a couple of good storms now and the Leaf Filter Gutter Protection seems to be working as designed. We did have some leaves that had collected over 8+ years in the downspouts and underground tubing. These storms have pushed out a lot of those so, with no more coming in, I am hopeful we will have smooth flowing gutters for many years to come. Time will tell but we are off to a good start.

Got a quote from them to do my poll barn. And house and it was 17,000 then kept telling him no after several attempts to sell me. Somehow we end up at 2,250 crazy it goes from 17,000 to 2,250 I was getting ripped off as soon as he pulled up. Beware other customers.

The whole experience was very professional. Mr. Jones who came and gave us an estimate was very nice and explained everything very well. The men who did the installation were on time and worked efficiently. Cleaned up before they left. We are so happy with our new gutter!! Waiting for it to rain!!😃

Wish I could give zero stars.
Worst experience I have ever had with a large company.
My gutters damaged my roof then overflow and are leaving marks on my siding. They keep promising to come week after week and no one shows up. They schedule visits and dont show and dont call when they are not coming. 3 times they refitted they are low in the middle and high at the end . Hardly any water comes down the downpipe .

Terrible after service.

The company representative was very informative and detailed. He showed me the issues I was having with my clogged gutters. My gutters got fixed and now have their maintenance free covers on them. Thank you.

Leaf filter is by far one of the worse companies i have dealt with in my 52 years. From the first visit where the salesman showed up hours late. Then the install crew canceled, when they did show up they did not complete the job and had to make a return trip after i called back to complain.
Several corners are leaking water, several places are improperly installed and look awful. Made the mistake of waiting way too long to call and now they want 95 bucks to come fix their crappy install. Pictures added of what I asked to be fixed.
I would not recommend leaf filter to put gutters or guards on a dog house much less someone's home.

Awful customer service, very unprofessional install personnel, crappy product and crappy install.

I had such a great experience with LeafFilter! I responded to a Facebook ad just wanting a free quote. Sam came out the next day and addressed all of my concerns and needs and quoted replacing my gutter system at a very reasonable price. Vince and Ed installed my new gutters the following day and did a superb job. They were professional, courteous of my time and property, and very friendly. I appreciated that they actively interacted with me on deciding little things like where new downspouts should be located to be most aesthetically pleasing to me, etc. The end result turned out perfect, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Update October 4th Saturday 2025 1311 hours
They had someone come out here and fix a few things with no cost to us because they said it should have been done right the first time.

That is why the review is changed. From one star ⭐ to 3 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐s. I am still waiting on information to verify before I change the rating again. I may never get the information required.

Update September 24th Sunday 2025 1632 hours.

Found out that the committed fraud on the contract. We also have before pictures. They noted it down that someone else installed the gutters. We had no gutters until they showed up. We do have pictures.

Just saw that they wrote something back here. Haven't read it yet, going to do so now.

Call them on Thursday or Friday, and they said that they were willing to send someone out but it will cost money and it will cost more money to get it fixed when they didn't listen to instructions to begin with knowing full well that this would happen.

During install they DID NOT follow instructions OR request. They did not have long term foresight during install. They are now warped, broken etc.

We wanted alternate downspouts in different locations. We also did not want the barriers up because we knew that it would only collect trash. Me and Mr John had stated this multiple times. As you can see in the pictures it didn't get done the way we wanted and you can see the consequences now.

Calling customer support is unprofessional, insultive and forces you into unhealthy communications. There are lies on the prompts and notifications during hold. You also end up on perpetual hold even before speaking to someone.

When you end up do speaking to someone they transfer you to Lowe's what kind of bullshit is that!?

I wish I would have been able to install my idea I would have never had to deal with this.
