They said when they were going to be there and they actually showed up. That’s 50% right there. I was able to go to work, and when I got home the job was done and it was done well. It was all seamless. The only thing I would “complain” about is the time it took to have someone come do the estimate. If you’re in a pinch and your HOA is demanding you get it done by a certain date or you have a gathering you’re preparing for, this may be an issue. That’s the only reason for the 4 star instead of the 5 star. Would definitely hire them again.
