Mr. White did a great job of cleaning and restoring my rug after it had been damaged when my apartment flooded a few years back. When it came time to clean it again I was sure to bring it back to him.

Mr. White's business is an enduring "ole Tallahassee" gem. I just picked up my rug today, and could not be more pleased. The quality of his services are unsurpassed.

I cannot be more thrilled! They picked up the huge nasty rug, cleaned it and made it look stunning, delivered it back to our home, repositioned it under our dining table! They came exactly when they said they would, were cordial, I don’t have enough good to say!

Mr White’s service has been excellent! The four rugs of various sizes were returned to me in amazing pristine condition after repairing and cleaning them. I am so thankful to find someone who knows oriental rugs!

Buyer beware. This involved a 50-year-old hand-knotted Persian rug, a high-value item worth thousands of dollars, so clear communication and care were especially important to us.

After concerns were raised immediately about the initial cleaning, Wade agreed that the rug would be re-cleaned and picked it back up. From that point on, I was completely ignored. For over FIVE WEEKS, while he had possession of our rug, I called and texted repeatedly (as well as my husband) and received no response whatsoever.

The only time I heard back was after I mentioned that we were going to take formal action to have our property returned. After a couple of days of receiving that message, he finally responded and confirmed that the re-cleaning had not even been started.

The issue was never resolved, and my follow-up request for a refund was ignored. What made this especially upsetting was not just the unresolved service, but the experience of being entirely disregarded while someone had possession of valuable personal property.

Ignoring a customer for over five weeks under these circumstances reflects a serious lack of professionalism and basic human decency. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business

We paid in full to have our 50-year-old hand-knotted Persian rug professionally cleaned. When the rug was returned, we were not satisfied with the cleaning, and Wade agreed that it would be re-cleaned. He picked the rug back up on November 5th and told us the process would take 2–3 weeks max.

From that point forward, there were over five weeks of complete radio silence. Both my wife and I called and texted repeatedly during that time and received no communication whatsoever, despite the fact that he had possession of our rug.

The only time we heard back was after my wife stated that we would need to take formal action to have our property returned. At that point, he responded and later confirmed that the re-cleaning had not even begun during the five weeks our rug was in his possession.

The rug was eventually dropped off, but our request for a refund — given the extended delay, zero communication, and the fact that the agreed-upon re-cleaning never took place — was completely ignored.

This was not a complex request. It was a simple, agreed-upon re-cleaning. Holding someone’s valuable property for over five weeks with zero communication and only responding when formal action is mentioned is not acceptable.

Communication, accountability, and integrity matter in business, especially a local
one, and this experience was extremely disheartening.

Based on the lack of communication and follow-through we experienced, I would NOT recommend this business.

I recently moved up to Tallahassee from Miami. The house we are renting was supposed to be cleaned but when we arrived it was in very bad shape. Damage and filth everywhere. I found Katina's company on bark.com and she responded so quickly to my request for a quote. Katina is professional and very kind. I told her my dilemma and how my asthma and allergies were keeping me from staying in my own house. I was renting at a hotel nearby... She was very empathetic and offered to come the next day for a deep clean. My cleaners were Linda and Shakira. They are two of the kindest people I have met since coming to Tallahassee and they are very hard workers. They gave me peace of mind to be in my house and actually shower and sleep there. I feel so lucky to have found this company in such a short time with such professional and friendly service. Katina worked with me on price considering I had a lot of rooms just full of boxes and couldn't be fully cleaned. Will definitely be calling Katina again.

Absolutely THE WORST cleaning company. Daily issues documented with no trash bag liners, kitchen not being cleaned, toilets not being cleaned for WEEKS and no wiping down of restroom or kitchen surfaces. They lift the toilet seats as though they’ve been wiped down but there are still feces and urine stains everywhere. Paper products are rarely restocked. They only empty trash on a daily basis. No vacuuming, mopping or wiping down or counters. The only way to get them to actually do a complete clean is to call and complain every week in which case they come and and act so surprised and defensive and do it once, then right back to the cyclical nothingness.

Not impressed with the customer service at all.

Was very nervous that the stains in my carpet were not going to come out, but millers carpet cleaning was able to get them all out!! I was chocked at how great the carpet looked and at their amazing prices. Thanks again so much!!!

I will never use this company again! I was a loyal customer for 10+ years. After the company was sold I had them come out and clean 2 bedrooms and a stairwell and the cost was $95.00! To add insult to injury they did a piss poor job! Never again!!!! I'll rent a steamer before I use them again. #highwayrobbery
