Hello, I have been using Bowden's for almost 20 years, and they have yet to disappoint me. Extremely courteous and professional, I will always recommend them for all types of services, from grout cleaning, a/c vent duct cleaning, flood water extractions and definitely carpet cleaning. Thank you guys for always being there for me!!!

I love this company! I have used their services for my carpets and for my car. When they did my carpet, the service was great and timely. Today they cleaned my car seats and rugs for 3/4 of what I normally pay when I take my vehicle to be cleaned. They were also a lot cleaner then anywhere else. Almost looking brand new. I have tan colored seats and my car is used to Uber passengers so there are a lot of stains. The front seats had a lot of color transfer from clothes. I can’t say enough how satisfied I am with the service and the price. I first communicated with the owner Marlon about my needs and he’s always been friendly and helpful. Will continue to use and refer them to others!!!

A couple of months ago the Jack and Jill bathroom flooded on the main floor in our home. Our hardwoods were under water and the kid’s rooms had inches of water standing in them, carpets completely soaked. Home with my two toddlers by myself I went through several companies in the list that I googled to just reach anyone to help me. I got turned down by several companies that were too busy to assist me with this huge mess. When I called Bowden’s Carpet and Remediation the owner said he would head on out immediately to give me a hand and assess the damage. I couldn’t be more relieved. Upon arriving he immediately began triaging the situation and explained to me exactly what needed to happen and assured me that everything was going to be okay. I had my hands full with my toddlers and he handled EVERYTHING else. I couldn’t thank him enough. Very responsive, extremely professional and assuring. His remediation work was so efficient and painless, and he had the rooms and floors dry in no time. I couldn’t recommend anyone better.

My apartment flooded and the apartment complex sent out Bowdens to handle. Jason the water damage manager did an amazing job and got us dried out in 3 days.... they then came back and cleaned the carpet. The office manager Angela and Jason did an amazing job keeping me informed during the entire process. Thank you and I highly recommend Bowdens to anyone with water damage or carpet cleaning needs.

Bowden's Carpet Cleaning has always done an excellent job for my real estate and property management company. I use them exclusively because of their reliability, competitive pricing and attention to detail. I've also used them for water extraction and cleanup and they did an excellent job as well. I trust them so much that I refer them to all of my customers and friends.

Drivers are reckless in the company car. Pulled out a gun for driving the speed limit.

Called for a rather large clean-up after some damages. Company came in and got to work fast. Wrapped up floor to ceiling clean-up in 4 days. Was a little on the expensive side, but was worth it as the whole team was always working hard and ready to answer any questions. Marlon was extremely accessible as well. Great company, highly recommend.

Bowden's did a great job. Showed up on time and they were very professional. Managed to get out some old carpet spots no on else could. The job they did on the tile and grout is nothing short of a miracle. Will use again!

I love Bowden's Carpet Cleaning. I have used their services for years. They have cleaned the carpets at my home, office and beach house; cleaned the tile at my home; and provided emergency water extraction from my home, office and beach house. The staff are professional and prompt. Their prices are reasonable and coupons are always available. I highly recommend Bowden's, a locally run, USA small business.

Bowdens will quote you a price and then charge double. Dishonesty or just poor communication don’t know. If you have too much water and too much money they will help you with both. Would give them zero stars if I had the option

We work on apartments close to downtown and when we have carpet cleaning/drying needs, we always call Bowden's. In particular, we always know when get Shawn and/or Davonte that the work will be done right and any follow-ups will get treated just as important as first call. Thanks ya'll!

Called and they were able to schedule me for the next day, where as another carpet cleaner would be available next month. Arrived early with a phone call to confirm that this was okay. It only took about 20 minutes start to finish for 2 bedrooms, stairs and a large area rug. I watched him do the rug and it was incredible how quickly it was cleaned! The entire house looks amazing, and for a great price!

Shawn is our go to person for all of our carpet and tile cleaning needs! He has also done multiple soft wash jobs for us as well. Shawn is very professional, friendly and ensures we are happy with the services he provides. Thank you, Shawn, for all you do!

Bowden's Carpet Cleaning with Travis has been excellent again. Since 2010 they have repeatedly cleaned our carpets. Travis has been been ourr man for years and today we're glad to get him again. I recommend Bowdens's for reasonable price and their outstanding work.

We had a leak in our building that impeded into multiple floors, I called Bowden’s and they were at our office in less than 10 minutes to repair and dry our carpet! Not only were they fast, they were thorough and professional. Their response and repair time was impressive for any day, but our issue occurred on the Friday of a holiday weekend and at the same time that their team was working on damage from a catastrophic & active leak at another office building in town. Marlon was communicative and very attentive to making sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend working with them!

I called in the middle of the week to make an appointment and they were actually able to schedule me for that Friday. And of course the weather was horrible (raining all day) so I called to see if I could reschedule for another Friday. The lady that answered the phone was very kind and rescheduled me without being upset that I canceled 30 mind before the appointment (9:00 am).
The tech arrived a little early (5-10 minutes ) which is great for me. I wish I had gotten his name but my husband was the one that was mainly talking with him. We had a sofa sectional and two rooms. I have never had a sofa professionally cleaned ( we have a 4lb yorkie that was sick all over the sofa and carpet—who would know he could make such a mess). I really wasn’t expecting anything to look different. Once it was dry it was like a NEW sofa!! It feels and looks like new. WOW!
Back to the tech. He was very kind And did an awesome job. I hope that the company reads this because I would like for someone to please tell him what an awesome job that he did. Very pleased with this company and tech
