I feel very unimpressed with the customer service of this company. I was given a referral by a friend, but reached out three times and was never contacted back or able to get ahold of them. I filled out two requests on their website, then followed up with an additional phone call once I hadn't heard back from either of the two submissions. This was within a week, I feel that if you want business a potential client should not have a week pass by and no contact made. Because of that I looked elsewhere for upholstery service.

I had a carpet cleaning scheduled with this company and they did not show up nor call me as a courtesy for wasting my time. It is now 3 days later and still no call from them. I do not write reviews on businesses often but this was such a horrible experience, I just had to share!

Technician was over an hour and a half late, "cleaned" the carpets and left every light on and door wide open when he left. Contacted Miller's once our old apartment complex confronted us about it two weeks later and stated they have had to have another carpet cleaning company come two more times because they original job was not sufficient and made our apartment smell awful. And miller's said they can't do anything because it wasn't within four business days of their job being done. And when we called miller's was rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this company to anyone. You get what you pay for, which is why they are the cheapest in town.

I think this company does a great job. I've been pleased with all the cleanings I've had. I think $95 for 2 separate rooms and a staircase is reasonable, considering how hard these guys work. They make mistakes sometimes, but they will rectify any mistakes made.

I love Miller's Carpet Cleaning! They did a great job cleaning our tile and grout. Their deep cleaning is amazing! We thought the carpet would have to be replaced in one of our rentals. The carpet almost looked brand new when they finished. We highly recommend them. <3

I’ve used Bowden’s for years for carpet cleaning, water extraction, and mold remediation. I’ve only had good experiences! They respond quickly and all the staff are professional and very knowledgeable. They’re the only carpet cleaners I’ll use in Tallahassee!

Had rental property that I left and landlord wanted carpets cleaned. I had moved already so I set appointment but they never called landlord to confirm it and then never called me back. Left 4 messages. No reply. Don’t waste your time with Bowden’s. Get a company that is professional.

Bowden’s has such helpful staff, especially Angela! They do most of the carpet cleanings and pressure washing for student housing and it always looks great, and this is coming from someone who’s rented 6 apartments and has always seen them doing the work there. I highly recommend!

We love Bowdens Carpet Cleaning! We use them for our rentals and my personal home. We had a flood in one of the properties and they came right out and handled the big mess! They have great guys that do a great job!

What a top notch service Bowdens is…I have continued to use Bowdens & their neighbor Millers and I certainly recommend them over anyone else in town. Its been a year since I first was recommended and used Bowdens services for carpet and upholstery cleaning. They always have been good on their timing, reasonable in the cost, and professional in their work to where I passed their name to my family who uses them now as well. They earned my highest respect when I called them at 10:30 at night for emergency flood services two Fridays ago. What I came home to that night was a ton of water due to the toilet water supply line which somehow sprung a huge leak. I couldn’t believe the amount of water pouring out and not only flooding the guest bathroom but also spread through the hallway and creeping in the guest bedrooms. I started searching on my phone for water restoration companies who were available this late at night. Thank goodness my boyfriend knew that Bowdens was also a 24/7 emergency flood service. I would not handle the stress if I had to search online for companies who seemed trustworthy and professional then call to see who could get here in shortest time and not charge me an arm and a leg. Right after being told about Bowdens, I called and its the greatest feeling getting an answer on the first call and especially being told that within minutes a technician in route to my house to save the night.

In less than an hour, Jason the main flood supervisor arrived. He deserves a shout out for his professionalism in handling this flood. He first assessed the damage and quickly got to work unloading the machinery to suck up the water. This process was amazing and quick to be done by one man in one work van. He changed out the machinery for fans and equipment to dry out the floors for the next few days. He came to check-in a couple of times to evaluate the drying progress. He was polite, informative, and I am just appreciative to have my house back to the way it looked without hard evidence of the flood happening at all. I'm happy to say that because of their fast response, they helped save many of my belongings and integrity of the house interior. Thank you to the company and to their asset of an employee, Jason for his professionalism and outstanding work. Overall, I have been more than happy with their service and I certainly recommend them to anyone who needs help fast and done right.
