Called and they were able to schedule me for the next day, where as another carpet cleaner would be available next month. Arrived early with a phone call to confirm that this was okay. It only took about 20 minutes start to finish for 2 bedrooms, stairs and a large area rug. I watched him do the rug and it was incredible how quickly it was cleaned! The entire house looks amazing, and for a great price!

Shawn is our go to person for all of our carpet and tile cleaning needs! He has also done multiple soft wash jobs for us as well. Shawn is very professional, friendly and ensures we are happy with the services he provides. Thank you, Shawn, for all you do!

Bowden's Carpet Cleaning with Travis has been excellent again. Since 2010 they have repeatedly cleaned our carpets. Travis has been been ourr man for years and today we're glad to get him again. I recommend Bowdens's for reasonable price and their outstanding work.

We had a leak in our building that impeded into multiple floors, I called Bowden’s and they were at our office in less than 10 minutes to repair and dry our carpet! Not only were they fast, they were thorough and professional. Their response and repair time was impressive for any day, but our issue occurred on the Friday of a holiday weekend and at the same time that their team was working on damage from a catastrophic & active leak at another office building in town. Marlon was communicative and very attentive to making sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend working with them!

I called in the middle of the week to make an appointment and they were actually able to schedule me for that Friday. And of course the weather was horrible (raining all day) so I called to see if I could reschedule for another Friday. The lady that answered the phone was very kind and rescheduled me without being upset that I canceled 30 mind before the appointment (9:00 am).
The tech arrived a little early (5-10 minutes ) which is great for me. I wish I had gotten his name but my husband was the one that was mainly talking with him. We had a sofa sectional and two rooms. I have never had a sofa professionally cleaned ( we have a 4lb yorkie that was sick all over the sofa and carpet—who would know he could make such a mess). I really wasn’t expecting anything to look different. Once it was dry it was like a NEW sofa!! It feels and looks like new. WOW!
Back to the tech. He was very kind And did an awesome job. I hope that the company reads this because I would like for someone to please tell him what an awesome job that he did. Very pleased with this company and tech

This will be a weird review because I did not end up using Bowden's to clean my area rug. However, I am leaving a review for the wonderful customer service my husband and I experienced. Firstly, I called on a Sunday evening to figure out the process of cleaning a rug and they ANSWERED. I was expecting to leave a message, but instead I was assisted by a lovely woman and told her I would be dropping off the rug sometime during the week.

Next, my husband attempts to drop off our area rug which has been through the ringer and is quite large (but cheap quality). After one of the employees took a glance at the rug laid out, he revealed it would probably not be worth it to clean this rug. It was extremely matted and compressed from being on a hard floor.

I am appreciative that this employee didn't simply take our business because it would mean the company got money, but instead took the time to explain to his customer why they were better off not cleaning the rug. To me, this demonstrates that the company cares about the customer, not just profit. Safe to say I will recommend to others.

Travis Brown did an amazing job on my carpeting. I have used Bowden's for years and have always been very satisfied with their work, but this time Travis outdid them all.

They did a good job cleaning, Great crew, I had a mini fire in the kitchen of my apartment, they were hired by my apartment (they probably wouldn’t have been my first choice due to the reviews and the way they respond to the bad reviews, but I get it Tallahassee is limited with carpet services).

I am still going to do a thorough cleaning just so that I feel all the way confident using my kitchen appliances and dishes. I was told it would be a 3 day cleaning process, then it turned into the air quality machines staying in my apartment over the weekend, then to an emergency Monday and them not being able to come and then them putting me on their schedule for today, Tuesday. The machines are very loud and inconvenient so I called to get an accurate update on when they would be removed.

Their very rude and unprofessional receptionist prompted this review, she then called me rude. Absolutely not. My apartment building is now having maintenance remove the machines.

I've heard great things about them, but unfortunately didn't get to experience their service. The tech showed up and said he "couldn't get to the second floor" and just left. It was very disappointing. Luckily was able to find someone else!

A great experience from start to finish. Travis is a tech who 100% knows his business. He arrived on time and was polite and professional during his time in our home, working efficiently, cleaning our carpets and tile thoroughly. This was not our first experience with the experts at Bowden's....and it won't be the last! Thank you for a job extremely well done and appreciated.

I had a great experience with my grout and rug cleaning. Travis called prior to his arrival to let me know he was on the way. He was very nice and professional and gave me expert advice on how to keep my tile looking good until the next service. He was awesome.

Bowden's was easy to book and had immediate availability on short notice to clean tile and grout inside our new home. Our technician, Travis called ahead of the appointment to let us know he was en route and arrived exactly on time. He was very professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. We were so impressed with the detailed work and efficiency, we hired them again to clean our furniture upholstery. Again, Travis was punctual and thorough. I highly recommend Bowden's for cleaning services.

Very pleased with the work they provided. We had our carpets cleaned. You know. Life. Kids, pets, spills. Our place looks great. Good work is expected, but these days, professionalism and courteous staff can be hard to come by. Their team was great. They kept me informed regarding their ETA, about what they could and could not get up from a stain perspective, and even worked around me as I worked from home on a Zoom! I highly recommend these professionals. (Travis was the guy who handled my home.)

The cleaning was a good deal for the service provided. However, after the cleaning crew left we saw that the carpets looked like 5 foot seas. I called Bowden's and left a message to ask if this was normal and if they had any suggestions for a carpet stretching service or other solution. At no time did I imply that is was their fault/responsibility.

Two weeks later and still no contact from them. It would have been expected that the cleaners would tell us that the rolling was normal and would flatten out as the carpet dried, as it did.

As a longtime Tallahassee business, I expected much better attention to customer service.

I cannot sing praises loud enough for Bowden! They cleaned all 5 rooms- which by the way, these are not the guys who consider a “room” a specific measured spot, making a living room “3 rooms” , nope! And for $144.95!!!! I called to see when the first availability was, 2 days ago so very quick! And they were prompt, efficient, thorough, and they didn’t try to tack on any other charges. What I paid was what they quoted me. My entire house looks and smells so fresh and right before the holidays! In addition to everything I just mentioned, they were also very friendly and super flexible, given that I had my 8 month old grandson who was sleeping and my 2 cats. I could not have gotten better service if I planned it all in my head myself!
