Marcus and Axel were a pleasure to have clean my couch and rug. They were both so kind and informative. I plan having them both back to clean my kitchen grout and wood floors.

Tristan gave us great information on cleaning stains & products. We’ll be purchasing the Stanley steamer spot cleaner. John was very thorough and worried quickly. As a team they were very responsive to our clean up problem and resolved it beautifully.

The technicians were very nice and helpful but the service wasn’t worth the price. The quote stated the tile and grout would be cleaned with sealant but only the grout got sealed. The grout wasn’t cleaned completely with the technicians citing that they couldn’t get paint off. So I’m left still cleaning it and sealing my tile.

Technicians were on time and very professional throughout their work. They did a fantastic job.

I can't say enough about these guys, they were very polite, efficient, very personable, they work together very well. I was extremely happy what they did for us.. I have always used Stanley steamer for tile, carpet, and duct cleaning..Thanks guys for doing an awesome job.!!!

Ronald and Cody did a great job with our carpets. On arrival, they commented on how our carpets were in great condition, and I joked that was good because Stanley Steemer is the one keeping them that way, and they are ~30 years old!

Showed up right on time, did a pre-walkthrough to verify exactly what was needing to be done and where, did a great job making sure the carpets were prepped with enzyme cleaner as requested, and they were very thorough and detailed focused getting all the areas of the carpet well cleaned, especially the couch, including under two bed frames that we asked for a little more focus on since we have cats that like to hide under the beds whenever company is over and they are very hard to clean under there effectively.

When they were done, they cleaned up their equipment, put all the furniture legs in the carpet area up on blocks, verified there was no messes left, and made sure they gave after cleaning drying recommendations.

Stanley Steemer is my go to as they always do a great job, show up on time, and are extremely responsive to setting times that work, and listening to the customers input. Well-done job and both were very professional. 👍😁

Great experience start to finish! Very friendly, respectful and efficient workers cleaned our dryer vents. I couldn’t believe what they were able to pull out of there! I highly recommend!

Great and efficient work. Axel and Marcus were gentlemen and new their craft well. Cleaning and sanitizing after pet accidents made a big improvement to older carpet. So grateful foe their careful work.

They were quick to respond, I will give them that. But for the price I paid and still had stains in the carpet. Unacceptable!!! Next time I will just go out and but a carpet shampooer myself and do it, it will be cheaper and I can make sure that stains come up.

Axel and Henry just finished my white couches with 1 hour to spare. The couches had stories to tell before they came. After Axel and Henry finished the couches stories were erased like memories doused with Vodka and Tequila. Great job.
