I scheduled an appointment two days prior to get an estimate. No one showed up. No one called. I called their office 30 minutes after appointment time to let them know no one showed up or called. The office person verified the appointment, and I was told they would notify the supervisor to have him call me. He never called. He never showed up. Maybe they do good work, but this speaks poorly about their dependability and professionalism.

I recently moved into a new house and hired ProLawns based on the referral of my realtor Cate from Manausa Real Estate to put mulch and perimeter guard around the garden boxes surrounding the edge of my house. I was told one price but then ended up having to pay a couple hundred dollars more due to a miscalculation. Furthermore, Mike told me that I would have five to six extra bags of mulch left over due to the miscalculation, but never saw them. I also had hired them to cut my lawn in November, but they never came out and still haven’t after almost three months. When I called and asked about it, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. Overall, the company is dishonest, unprofessional, and does not do quality work for the prices they charge. I would not recommend ProLawns to anyone looking to have lawn and landscaping work done.

Very sImple to get a quick quote. Their online portal is neat & handy. Customer service also super friendly & helpful as well.

Mike at Pro Lawns came out to clean up storm debris on the same day I called! He also had his guys clean up all the limbs and debris from the yard! Excellent job! Highly Recommended!

I can not say enough about Mike but more importantly his crew. They did an AMAZING job on my backyard. The finished product far exceeded my expectations. His crew worked hard and finished even quicker than I thought. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their yards done.

The service started out good but the crew damaged the lawn in the backyard May 2023. I sent pictures, left messages no response to this date. Poor customer service. I would not recommend this lawn service.

Update: I work during the day and therefore is not likely to be home. You have both my cell number and house number and I have no record of calls from the company. You have my email address and no record of a response from you. I’m told you were very disrespectful to the woman from the agency that contacted you on my behalf. As a matter of fact, she reports that you were nasty. It was also reported that you now want to suggest that it’s been a year and there may have been other companies. Sir, Pro Lawns is the only company cutting my lawn until fall 2023.

Grass is beginning to grow back in the damaged area caused by your crew. Be gracious and let me know 1) how long will re-growth take and 2) what else can be done to restore that area?

ProLawns installed 1.8 pallets of St. Augustine sod in 5 different places in my yard. Mike and crew of about 7 arrived in 4 trucks. A sod cutter was used to remove old grass, weeds, etc., debris removed, area leveled, sod laid. Attention to detail noted. Eg. The soil was beveled along curbs, driveway, and walks so sod fit at right height. Sod cut-in around curves like storm drains, meter boxes, etc. was excellent with no gaps seen. Sod appeared healthy, firm, and thick. Mike said sod came from Espositos and I heard they got it from Werner Sod, Al. Very pleased with all aspects of job. I plan to have Prolawns cut my grass while I am away.

I finally parted ways with them. Started off as a great company, but they are now terrible at communicating. They charged me for service that they never performed. I was working from home and received a text that service was completed... in the middle of a thunderstorm. I walked out to head to work and realized they never showed up or performed any service. I was told that they must have gone to the wrong address, this is after 7 to 8 years of service.

They have killed our trellis jasmine twice and have been lazy with the bush service. It went from managed to completely overgrown.

They have almost doubled all their prices and service got worse.

I started when Kyle was the owner and operator. Didn't realize he either left or sold the business.

As a purchasing professional I value customer service and efficiency. I was selling my house and needed to get the yard cleaned up. I contacted Pro Lawn and talked to Mike. He was very open and pleasant to speak to and within a couple of days I had a crew in my yard doing their thing. The pricing was more than fair for the amount of work needed. The office staff were nice and very professional on the phone. Mike himself was extremely responsive at nearly any time I had available to communicate and fit my schedule as best he could. The job itself was done quickly and efficiently and I was very satisfied with the end result. Keep it up Mike!

ProLawns did a great job with our front lawn. Mike was professional and very helpful in picking out the grass to plant in the front lawn. I would definitely use them in the future.

Made an appointment to discuss annual service and did not show. Did not respond to my confirmation text earlier that morning. I called 20 minutes after the appointment to see if I had gotten my wires crossed and was told they were suddenly booked up for the season overnight and were “about” to call me well after appointment time. Very disappointed. Not very professional in my opinion. Office person was, however, very courteous.

Prolawns provides timely and consistent services. They are very responsive to my needs as a customer. It wasn't always this way, but they've made a lot of changes, and I highly recommend them now.

We've had our lawn and shrubs maintained by Prolawns for several years now. They are consistent and reliable. We can always count on Mike to insure his crew does a great job.

Very recently we had some additional landscaping done including installing a new tree. As always, great job!

So far they are reliable which is a plus but not impressed with the results base on the price I pay. For example the grass grows through cracks in the drive but they don't run the weedeater over the weeds nor do they weedeat around the back porch. Only now half of the grass between the driveway between mine and my neighbors condo. Just sloppy work overall but they show up. UPDATE once I posted this review a very angry man called me from Pro lawn saying I was "blowing up" google giving his company a bad review. Not apologizing and offering to correct the problem at all. In fact he told me to find another lawn service which I will gladly do of course. Horrible company. Uses intimidation as a form of communication. Way over priced for little to no work. $45 buys you 15 minutes.

Had a very overgrown lawn, called to get an estimate. Someone was out the next day to check it out, got a quote within the hour. Price was reasonable for the yard size and amount of work. Crew came the next day, did an amazing job. Would use services again. Thanks.

Owner came and looked at my yard to give a quote for work that I wanted done, he was nice and said he'd get me a quote. Once I received it and after reviewing, I thought it was on the high side however from how he talked about the work his crew would do and how nice it would look, I agreed. The work was done and I thought the crew was nice to work with.

Hired Prolawns to do a pretty substantial cleanup of a pretty large yard. They came out promptly to give me a quote (which I received almost immediately), promptly responded to my follow-ups and clarifications, got me on the schedule almost immediately (sooner than anticipated), and brought more manpower than I was expecting. The crews were well organized, clearly understood the scope, and worked diligently and efficiently. As someone who works in the commercial general contracting space, I often times find myself frustrated with the lack of professionalism associated with various residential contractors and service providers. Not so with Prolawns. I came away extremely impressed with the attention to detail and level of service.

ProLawns puts the pro in professional! My contact Mike Jones was knowledgeable, responsive and transparent. He answered all my questions and his team delivered on what was promised. Will use them again without hesitation, and will try their tree division next time I need some trimming done.

Mike was the total professional! We re-sodded the entire yard with Zoysia grass - 25 pallets. His crew got up the old, bad grass and weeds, smoothed and landscaped for the yard drainage system, and then laid down new sod. Hard working crew! Final job looks great! Thanks Mike and crew for a super great job!!

They did an excellent job of turning a backyard with no grass into a beautifully landscaped backyard and for a very reasonable price.

Cody and crews did an outstanding job in performing the lawn and landscaping makeovers at 2 locations in our subdivision, at my request. They were extremely professional, timely, and competitive in pricing. You won't go wrong in seeking their help for all your landscaping needs!
