We needed to replace a deck with rotting foundations and contacted Fielder for an estimate. Brian came out and proposed a paver patio with a seating wall with ambient lighting. I was concerned about the demo of the old deck but he assured me it would be no problem. The estimate came and it was pricey but everything is nowadays. They handled the demo in one day and the awesome paver patio was completed in two days - started with demo on Wednesday and finished Friday afternoon. We are happy customers!

We are very happy with our project. Excellent quality of work, attention to detail and follow up. Their staff and project leader was very helpful throughout the project and kept us fully posted on each step along the way. He was also very accessible and returned our text questions usually with in 10 mins of each inquiry. Worker crew very friendly and helpful. The after project of cleaning up landscape and irrigation system was great and left the yard condition better then when they arrived. For large projects we normally get 3 bids but because of our confidence with this company we are confident with what ever proposal they bring to us is going to be fair. An excellent organization and will continue to be our go to folks for any future projects!

Fielder is a wonderful company to work with. They have fabulous customer service and the staff are easy to work with. They stand behind their work and will do whatever they can to make things right if there's an issue. We've used the Tree Service division for several years and just had a major landscape project done in the front yard with the Landscape division. We absolutely love what they did. Ashley's design is beautiful and the crew did a fabulous job. It's just what we hoped for. We highly recommend both divisions of the company.

One of the best experiences I've ever had with a business in Tallahassee. Very professional, constant updates, great followthrough. From the prompt scheduling of a consultation (unlike most businesses in town that don't even bother to call you back), receiving the estimate, outline of what the whole process would be, to the on-site management - all wonderfully professional and timely. The project of rebuilding my patio and walkways and installing outdoor lighting took one week from delivery of materials, demolition of old hardscaping, construction, to final sweeping and cleanup. I highly recommend them!

I have used several other tree services but not Fielder. I received a spam-ad text from them today. Unsolicited, & not sure where they picked up my number but I do not appreciate the practice of spamming people. Because of this I will NEVER use this company.

Fielder has a reputation for being good but a little expensive. I've used them before and sought them out again for an estimate to fix a bad erosion problem and landscape improvement. I now understand that you get what you pay for. Their estimate was not cheap, but also not the highest I received. But, the work done and the customer service provided was outstanding and worth every penny (and more). They went above-and-beyond in every way (including doing extra work not included in the estimate without charging me extra for it). When I had a concern the day after completion, their project manager Chad came immediately to address it -- on the morning of the 4th of July holiday! I could not be more pleased with the work and service, nor more happy with the value of the price paid. I will use Fielder again -- and could not recommend them more highly, whether for landscape work, tree removal or any other yard maintenance and improvement.
