I hate to post a bad review but I feel that in this case it’s necessary, we had a leak a few months back causing to have to deal with mold issues, due to the leak, we had to redo our kitchen and had to hire a plumber to do the water lines, after the work was done I called Jeff to make my payment and He said that I should be able to pay it online using the invoice he sent and that if I was not able i could call and pay over the phone the following Monday, I was not able to pay it online, called him on Monday and he never answer left a few voice message asking for a call back and never received a call back, a few months later here I am dealing with water leak and it’s staring to cause damage to my new kitchen cabinets

They sent out a twenty-something who rush through the job and left a leaky pipe and a loose toilet. Was on time and fast, but but not thorough.

Rodney & Justin were very courteous and did a wonderful job.

Efficient, patient, clean, responsive. The job was done very well.
