I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and reliable service!
I called this company to fix a broken pilot light on our 2018 water heater. The technician came out and told me our model was over 10 years old, so they couldn’t work on it but they could install a new one. When I pointed out that it was a 2018 model, he realized he had read the serial number wrong.

He came back out, ordered a new pilot light, and said he’d return to install it—but he never showed up, and I wasted an entire day waiting at home. The next day he finally came, only to overtighten a screw and break the metal part, which meant another part had to be ordered. I was told that would take four more days—or I could just buy a new water heater from them that day.

At that point, I wanted to cry. What started as a simple pilot light repair $300 turned into a completely broken system and no hot water. We felt backed into a corner and ended up replacing the whole water heater just to have functioning hot water again. So we paid 1700 when the new pilot light repair was 300.

Between the miscommunication, mistakes, no-shows, and lack of accountability, this was a stressful and costly nightmare. We only stuck with them because they had already ordered parts and charged labor. I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or honest service.

I was looking for a second quote for a tankless hot water heater and using that in my Google search, I found Seminole Plumbing. So glad I did! I reached out via text and received a response within an hour asking if the appointment could be the next day and Brandyn would reach out to schedule the time. He did so immediately. The communication continued to be excellent and Brandyn arrived on time the next day, as promised. I was fairly certain I needed a replacement for the 18 year old unit so I was prepared for a bill higher than just a repair. Well, compared to the first quote given by a competitor, it was about a third of the price. I happily agreed to the estimated price and the installation. Brandyn was quick to return from the supply house and worked efficiently to swap out the old unit and replaced some worn out connectors. He explained the process of registering the unit, what he did for the repair and he even checked the kitchen faucet before he left to make sure air was out of the lines.
Calling for work is stressful when you do not know the company other than word of mouth or online reviews. Working with them was so easy! Their prices were reasonable, the installation was top notch, and no sales pitch. Brandyn gave his recommendation and trusting his skill level, I agreed to it. I highly recommend Seminole Plumbing and will use them for both maintenance and any repairs that are needed. Thank you for doing such a great job!

The office replied quickly to my text of the situation and scheduled me next day. Brandyn was very professional and courteous. The job was more involved than first thought but Brandyn keep me involved in the best course of action.

This was a great experience. Randy communicated well. He arrived when he said he would. He completed the work to my satisfaction and was friendly at the same time. Even when a piece of hardware was missing (my fault) he graciously went and got the needed hardware. I would recommend Seminole Plumbing to everybody.

This company is very professional, they installed a tankless water heater, and ran gas lines for the water heater, dryer, stove and fireplace. Very polite plumbers, it made me nervous that they would be cutting holes in my walls to do so, but there was no mess at all. They used shop vacs and cleaned up after themselves. Also they provided me with names and numbers of an electrician and drywall guy to finish up the project. I highly recommend this company.

My husband called several other plumbers. C&C came out within two hours and swiftly solved the problem. He stayed to check and re-check three times that everything was working properly. Highly recommend!

Save your money and go with someone who doesn't cut corners. Have had to redo everything they've done. Used paste instead of washers on sinks, absolute nightmare.

Jeff Anderson Plumbing has been great to work with, I’ve had to use them 4-5 times for different jobs. They are fast, courteous and very professional, they come in get the job done and are done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them to take care of whatever your plumbing needs may be.

The problem we have had with our bathroom sink has persisted for several years. We have had 3 other plumbing companies here to find the problem. We received answers such as "there is nothing wrong here", "if you cannot say what it smells like then we cannot help you", "it is definitely not a sewage smell". So we have tried to just live with it. As a final attempt, we called Anderson Plumbing and they sent a team led by Justin. Justin looked things over and checked the venting situation in the roof and under the sink. He has identified the problem and ordered the part to fix it. I cannot express how much I appreciate Justin's intelligent approach and excellent resolution to our problem sink. And on top of all that, he is polite and respectful. I will be calling Anderson Plumbing for all our Plumbing needs in the future!
