Taylor did a great job! I called Capital Plumbing for an after-hours emergency after I discovered a burst pipe in the crawl space under my house. Taylor arrived 30 minutes later and completed the repair within an hour after that. He was friendly and professional and made a stressful situation easier to handle.

Frank is the BEST!!!! Not only did he help a senior lady with her plumbing, but he helped a couple kids in the neighborhood when their golf cart got stuck. He was so kind. He’s super experienced at his job and has a heart of gold.

We are extremely disappointed with the recent installation of a new toilet in our home. The toilet was not set properly, leading to ongoing issues. When we contacted the Capital Plumbing to address the problem under warranty, we were told that the sewage smell in our home was simply due to heavy rain affecting our septic system—an explanation that seemed misleading and unprofessional, not to mention there was no sewage smell prior to their work. Their response lacked accountability, and we were left with no choice but to consult another plumber. The new plumber confirmed that the toilet needed to be reset. The result of the issue was as suspected, the repair flange was not screwed to the flange properly, causing the sewage smell to leak through the bolt holes. The plumber said that's why the toilet being grouted to the ground didn't matter.

Had a very bad leak, incoming water pipe. Called late afternoon and Johnny G made time, fixed it promptly and efficiently. Reasonably priced, very polite, will definitely use again.

Excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a quality job and customer satisfaction. This is the 2nd residence where I've used Capital Plumbing and the service, responsiveness, and quality of work is consistently 5*. My plumbing was jacked up by the joker who plumbed the showers last, but Justin and his partner were able to shore everything up without opening up the walls. Then he replaced a 16 yr old kitchen faucet. Reasonable labor, no complaints. Definitely recommend!

My parents have had an ongoing issue with slow draining in their kitchen sink. I reached out to Capital Plumbing and they sent Johnny G. He was so professional and very knowledgeable. He got the problem resolved and we are beyond thankful! If we have any more issues he is going to be my go to guy!

Scam business that sends in plumbers that misrepaired a leak, comes back again and still can’t fix the leak. All while will charge you at least $200 minimum fee without explanation for each trip. Very cool

Just wanted to say this company is the best we spoke to Kayla for information about the water heater she was so nice in answering all of our questions about the water heater we had installed by Ben who was just excellent. We will be using this company again for all our services needed in the up coming future.

Beware! This company is extremely unprofessional. They sent a technician to hook up my pool heater gas line, but he arrived without the necessary parts and said he couldn’t return until the next day. Then I was told over the phone that no one could come back until Monday and that I owed $130—even though no work was done.

I explained to Britney, the receptionist, that I specifically asked about same-day service when I booked the appointment, and she confirmed she was the one who assured me of that when I initially called to make the appointment. She said she’d talk to her manager, but they refused to waive the fee and only offered a small discount. I would’ve still used their services that following Monday if they had removed the charge, but I wasn’t willing to pay twice for their mistake. I did not want a discount, I wanted the fee waived because they should not charge a customer for a service they did not receive when their policy states they provide same day service.

On top of that, the company lists their location as Crawfordville, but the tech told me the office is in Woodville and the warehouse is in Tallahassee— misleading. He told me that’s why he wouldn’t have time to come back same day and that he had another job to go to.

I ended up hiring a different licensed professional who charged far less and even said it was shady to bill a customer when the technician wasn’t prepared.

In the end, I was charged for nothing, and they even add interest if you don’t pay on time. This feels like a scam and terrible customer service. They clearly do not value their customers. 0/10 – I would never recommend this company.

I called Capital Plumbing yesterday because my front yard flooded and the city says the leak was on my side and not the city's. Nate from Capital Plumbers came out to the house this morning, quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote, and within what seemed like seconds he'd fixed the leak and completed the job. Capital Plumbing to the rescue—no kidding! We purchased our home this spring only to find out the septic system needed to be replaced. Ricky and his team truly came to our rescue. My experience with Capital plumbing could not have gone better. Helen answered all of my questions. She was so kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. Ben was the technician that installed a pressure valve. He was very polite and took care of everything in a timely manner. It was a great pleasure to deal with each of them. We will definitely call on Capital Plumbing in future as needed.

Very pleased with all my interactions with Capital Plumbing Contractors. They installed a water heater for me. The office staff and plumbers are efficient, professional and took care of me very well. The price was reasonable also. They are local to Tallahassee. Highly recommend them.

I had the best experience with Capital Plumbing. I initially called them to fix a small clog in my drain, but Johnny G discovered that the source was far, far deeper than we thought. After three hours of hard work, he cleared my entire pipe system of over a decade of grease buildup. My sink drain is like new and will last for years because of his work. I highly recommend this company to Tallahassee residents looking for a plumber.

Capital Plumbing is the best plumbing company in Tallahassee. Everyone who works there is professional, courteous and efficient. It is a smaller family owned business. Brittany, the receptionist/dispatcher, scheduled Johnny G who arrived within an hour. Our home was built in 1965. So some of our problems are complicated. So Johnny set up his plan and and not only fixed the current leaks, he replaced the other faucet parts to avoid future repairs. Johnny is a great plumber and had a great personality that was nice to be in your home. Note: COT has been sending lot of warnings to residents about water leaks due to the Airtic tempatures. Johnny went all around our house and yard looking for leaks. After verifying that we had none, he confirmed that our water meter indicated that no water was running when the faucets were turned off. We have used one of the biggest plmubing companies in the past. Firing the prior plumbing was one of my best decisions in a long time.

Needed a leaking outside spigot replaced. Plumber came out the next day and replaced it quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with service.
