Outstanding company who is the go to for all plumbing needs. Trevor & Mackinley did an excellent professional job at my home today relocating plumbing during a remodel. They were paitent, prompt and communicative.

Scott an Tristan removed two old water heaters and replaced them. They worked efficiently and carefully, they used cardboard to cover the floors when removing and replacing the water heaters. Excellent work and they spent time cleaning up after the job was completed. Old units were picked up and hauled away the same day.

Jordan from White’s Plumbing was out today to replace two toilets in our home and he was stellar. Very accommodating and worked thoroughly and with expertise. Could not have asked for a friendlier, more competent worker. The work was excellent and I really appreciated that he was so willing to work around our dog who was fascinated with Jordan! Thank you Jordan.

The company scheduled me quickly for normal business hours. The plumber was punctual but not very friendly. It was early Monday morning and it was as if he did not want to be working. Before he left, he did not restore my water pressure to the level it was before he turned it off. And he did not put the water meter cover back on all the way and when I did not see the 1.5-inch raised lip of the cover, I tripped on it and nearly fell.

We woke up to a leaking water heater at 6:45 a.m. The service we received from the moment we called, to Dylan arriving with a new water heater a couple hours later definitely was an experience that we appreciate. His experience and work ethic, professionalism and overall demeanor is such an example of your company. We'll be recommending White's Plumbing every chance we get! Their pricing is very fair - they even offer a veterans discount, and are locally owned for many years - and we'll be using them for any of our plumbing needs!

The highly competent technician Kory arrived within his time estimation. He was courteous and knowledgeable and worked efficiently, informing us of every step of the repair.
He tracked the source of our inner-wall leak and neatly cut through the drywall. Kory showed us the damaged pipe, told us how he intended to repair it and then proceeded to do so.
The whole job took less than two hours. After dealing with numerous service companies that seem to send trainees to fix problems, White's was a refreshing change. I would bet every tech they send out is just as competent and able as our tech, Kory, was.

We had our home replumbed and primary bath remolded. White’s did a great job especially Carter the lead plumber on the job. We would definitely recommend White’s plumbing for any future job!

We have used White's Plumbing Inc. reliably for over 15 years! We recently had a tankless water heater installation by JT and he was prompt, friendly and professional. We love having hot water on demand with a family of four—two of which are teenagers so you know they take loooonnnnngggggg showers! I am thrilled to not have to worry about taking a cold shower ever again!

I would recommend Capital Plumbing to my friends. Helen who answered the phone was professional and courteous. She was able to give me a day when the technicians would arrive. I called on that day to confirm time (I got a 2 hour window), and the technicians arrived on time at the beginning of the window). Josh introduced himself and his helper Moses. Josh found the major issue for my first problem, and corrected it. Josh's knowledge was based on his experience which saved me time & money. He then quickly diagnosed my leak and no more leak. I had to go back to work and left them at my unit. I went back after work, and everything was done clean, neatly, and professionally. Thank you to all the folks at Capital Plumbing.

I've had Capital Plumbing out a couple of times. Once was for a septic service and most recently to repair some leaky sinks.

Josh and Moses were thorough and made sure I was happy with the work before they left. Nothing in the plumbing world is cheap, but I felt like the pricing was very fair for two technicians and they were in and out quickly. They were also able to get me on the books quickly, much faster than expected.

I won't use anyone else. It's important to find someone you trust and I have.

Gave a five star because there wasn't a place for six. First time using them. Everything you would want in a plumber. On Time professional ,more than fair pricing ,courteous. When Chad left it was cleaner than it was when he got here. They will be highly recommended by me to all my friends and neighbors..

Johnny came out and immediately found out leak, he was kind, professional, and personable. Very efficient as well, highly recommend!

My experience with Capital Plumbing was perfect! Josh was awesome, respectful and professional. Walked through what I had questions/concerns with and he fixed them all in a timely manner. Ten out of ten, will definitely call again if I need any plumbing help.

Edit as things have clearly changed. Capital Plumbing has gone sharply downhill. I have paid over $400 to fix a leaky faucet because they couldn’t get the part the first day and had to come back. Left the pipe open, didn’t bother to put a cap on it and just let it run all weekend until he could come back 4 days later. Guess what. It is still leaking. They said it needed $60 stems to fix the problem and clearly it did not. I called and they said they couldn’t guarantee that the repair would be covered under “warranty”. The guy came out and said it technically wouldnt be covered under warranty because it’s not “related to the stems” but he wouldn’t charge me today to tighten the union. But clearly, it was leaking from the union for a long time and they just didn’t notice it? So I would pay ANOTHER $200 for him to come and tighten the union which by the way DIDNT WORK. It started leaking 1 minute after he walked away. A joke. A complete SCAM!!! Beware where you spend your hard earned money for PROFESSIONAL SERVICES!

Great experience overall. Our water heater was failing and we called a number of plumbers to quote a replacement with a tankless. Capital Plumbing came in the best and we went with the for the replacement. They sent out Tyler, who was fantastic and had us up and running with endless hot water in a few hours. They cleaned up the area and explained everything to us. We will be using Capital Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs!

As a reply - as stated above - it started leaking immediately after he walked away. He did not fix it. And after he stated he did it as a “courtesy” because I would otherwise be charged AGAIN, why in the world would I call you guys back?! So you can charge me another $200 to still not FIX A LEAK?!

Frank came and installed a stainless steel water line for my refridgerator which Bestbuy installers were too lazy to do. He was 100 percent competent and I'm 100 percent satisfied. If I could give more stars I would! Thank you!!

Best experience I’ve had with a business in years. Stefan answered my call over the weekend and was able to give me advice on a leaky water heater. He arranged for the front office to call me first thing Monday am and they were able to schedule a repair in 2 days!!! It so happened Stefan was my technician and my heater was installed promptly. He kept in touch with me the entire time and you could just tell how important customer service was to both him and the office. You can’t teach people how to care. These folks need no lessons.

I reached out to Capital Plumbing for a small leak near the pressure reducer valve in the yard. The lady who answered the phone (can't remember her name) was super nice and set up my appt for first thing the next morning. Levi was the plumber/technician who performed the work. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and efficient. He was very skilled and took care of the leak in a short period of time while doing an excellent job of replacing the grass with no mess at all. In addition, I felt the price was very fair. I would highly recommend Capital Plumbing!

I just got my water heater replaced and it is working great. Levi was my installer and he was very knowledgeable and very professional. It was a great experience! I will use this company again and again for all of my plumbing needs. I also had a great experience with customer service it was a seem less process.
