My main line was clogged, and Sam M. was able to come the same day to fix it within 10 minutes! He stuck around for another half hour and made sure that everything was working properly and that there weren't any clogs. Sam was very polite, was mindful of our pets when coming in and out of the home and cleaned up after leaving behind no mess. Thanks a lot Sam!

Richard came out within a couple of hours of being called on the day before Thanksgiving. He was very friendly, courteous & conscientious about resolving our clogged toilet/sewer line & getting to the root of the problem. He worked creatively & carefully to cause the least mess. Gave us helpful recommendations for moving forward & potential future solutions should problem arise again. Also, answered questions & provided recommendations for new water heated that will be needed soon. We were so relieved to have such prompt, kind & knowledgeable service!

While doing a home remodel we discovered a leak in our hot water line that goes into our slab foundation. Of course this was on a Friday evening, but I reached out anyway and left a message with Brown Plumbing that afternoon. I was surprised to get a call back first thing Monday morning saying a technician was on their way. Our tech, Richard A., was great. He was able to locate the crack in the pipe and replace it all by lunchtime. Overall we were very pleased with the timeliness, professionalism and the quality of the work. After coming home from work to discover a leak, I called this company for repair. From placing the appointment, to Abel coming out to fix the problem I had a good experience. My appointment was in the morning a few hours after me getting off, so I mentally and physically was all over the place, but Abel was patient with me which I greatly appreciated.

Fluffy was fantastic. I had a pipe rupture after business hours and he was at my house within an hour. Everything was communicated well and the whole process was smooth. Joel and Sam did an amazing job repairing a leaking pipe deep in my front yard. The leak was actually located under my walkway and they made significant efforts to repair without having to cut into the walkway. They were thorough, communicative, and incredibly considerate. Had to have emergency services late on a Saturday afternoon at our student apartment. Abel said he would be there in an hour and he was. Fixed the issue quick and kept in touch with us about his progress the entire time. Reasonable cost for such short notice and on a weekend. Highly recommend!

Brown plumbing did an a great job getting to our service call quickly. We had some broken pipes due to the freezing weather over the weekend. Alfredo was the service tech and he was awesome!
