I'm very impressed with their customer service and their work. They always correct the problem and the staff is incredibly friendly. There are places around town that are sometimes a little cheaper that I've tried but there's no guarantee that the work will be done right. Worth it to go through Lance Maxwell for sure.

$100 for a house call to replace an outside hose bibb. Less than a year later, the bibb cracks in two. Their part should be under warranty, but they only warranty their parts for 30 days. $100 down the drain, but I learned not to use this company again.

Pricing was good. They showed up when they said they would. Lead guy was very knowledgeable. Overall was a pleasant experience.

Had them do a bathroom turnover and I am not impressed! The toilet they placed is now leaking at the seal. They did not place any of the flange/covers on the supply lines (its a $1.50 for the part) and they were to lazy to put them on so now I have to go back and kill the main supply and undo the shutoff valves to put on the covers. Also the Shower vales do not line up Cold points at 8:00 on the left and Hot points to 2:00 on the right. Save yourself the trouble and just call Keith McNeill and get a real professional to do the job.

Service with a smile. This company called asking permission to come out early! It's been a long time since I've had consideration like this. Messy job but they did not complain and only took a 5min break. I'm so pleased and grateful.

Late yesterday I discovered a leak in the 3/4” line that serves the house. It was only about a foot away from the meter box, so I dug down to assess the situation. What I found was an extremely rusty galvanized pipe situation that was clearly beyond my capabilities. I called Lance Maxwell plumbing, who I had previously used and they in turn had the on-call person call. He had one other job to tackle, but showed up around 6:30. He assessed the situation, and said that he was pretty sure that he could fix it. It’s a good thing that he (Mason) is a big strong, experienced guy, as the pipe joint were almost impossible to break loose. Somehow or another he managed to get the repair done, and we have water! I will always use this company, and will probably ask for Mason for future issues in our almost 90 year old house.

Lance Maxwell’s plumber came out and installed a new water heater and toilet. He was on time, efficient, and did the job in a half day. He cleaned up after himself and I would highly recommend this service.

Had a failed backflow test. Scheduled them to come out on Tuesday morning. No one showed up. I called and they said they would see who was supposed to be there and call me back. I waited 25 minutes and no one called me again. I called back and was told someone would be there within 5 minutes. No one ever showed up to my home. They said they had me on the schedule the day before and no one was home--I never received a call the day before, if so I could have rescheduled and/or met them within 15 minutes. I gave them another try and emailed them some information. Still have not received any response. I will not use this company.

I have been using this company for over 8 years for my home and business. They are very responsive, attentive and they do quality work. They have come out after hours and gone above and beyond to fix any issues we were having. Highly Recommend!
