We had a mysterious leak going on. Mr. Rooter sent someone very experienced who did a thorough evaluation and reviewed our options with us, going over the pros and cons of each option. We feel like we are on the right track. We are very pleased.

Mr. Rooter of Tallahassee did an excellent job replacing my electric tankless water heater with a traditional electric tank system. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish.

The technicians Keil and Bryan were on time, knowledgeable, and completed the installation cleanly and efficiently. Everything was explained clearly, and the hot water is working perfectly. Additionally Mr Rooter used a team approach on this repair and it began with Holly Reed. She patiently worked with me on the solution. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for quality work and great customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Tallahassee. I had an urgent situation and was without water for three days after a pipe broke inside the wall leaking into my living room. Initially, it appeared the outside spigot was the issue, but their team quickly identified the true problem—a broken pipe inside the wall.
I was very upfront about my limited financial resources, and what happened next truly speaks to the character of this company. They went above and beyond—the owners themselves came out to personally review the situation. Despite the job being much more extensive than expected, they honored what I could afford and treated me with dignity and compassion.
That level of integrity, professionalism, and genuine care is rare these days. Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Tallahassee is truly a gem. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, honest plumbing services. This review is from a genuinely grateful and happy customer.

For the past 15 years, Mr Rooter has been my go-to for any plumbing needs from leaks to installing new pipes. I clogged my garbage disposal for the first time over the weekend. I knew immediately who I was going to call to come out to service it. When I initially contacted Mr Rooter I was advised that they would not be able to come out until the following day. Though it was just a day, having water standing in the sink and not being able to use the washing machine was stressful. But, in typical Mr Rooter fashion they finished a job early and contacted me to see if I had any availability that afternoon, which I did. Josiah came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done. Though he's young he knows what he is doing and he worked quickly to clear the debris that was clogging the disposal. Josiah also gave me tips on ways to keep the disposal working and items that are not disposal friendly. He was professional, thorough, cleaned up after himself, and was just very sweet and pleasant. I have never had a problem with Mr Rooter and I appreciate the consistent great customer service, knowledgeable and friendly technicians plus the reasonable prices. Keep up the good work!

These guys were solid. Fast, efficient, and really knew their stuff. Family friendly! 10/10 knowledgeable and technical about real life plumbing. You can tell have experience working with clients that need trusted plumbers. Excellent work and fair pricing. They broke everything down in a way that actually made sense to a beginner and WHY the problem was occurring.. Very direct about prices and organized. I appreciate the honesty and quality work that needed to be done. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Definitely calling them again if I ever need plumbing work.

We called to schedule work and they turned us away because we are a management company. The owner of the property specifically asked us to call this company and they refused to schedule with us even after we offered to pay upfront. I find that very unprofessional and excluding.
