Used em 2x. First time, they recommend that it’ll be cheaper for me to get a new dishwasher rather than pay to get the old one repaired. Nice, honest work, as opposed to “trying to fix it and sending me a final invoice.”

Second time, they provided a simple solution to my issue: use the correct product. Correct product cost me $7. Much better than “fixing” the problem and sending an invoice.

Good, honest company.

Great customer service and very quick! Karson did an amazing job helping us unclog a toilet after my toddler flushed toys. He was able to also give us great advice! Thank you for the amazing service!

We have been loyal costumers for 4 years so this review is quite disappointing. Mr. Rooter came to my house to address two fixes. The plumber looked at both problems then proceeded to be in and out of my house for over an hour (still not sure why)—each team making my dogs bark and waking my newborn. Finally, he lets me know that I could spend $600 to maybe fix 1 problem or $1100 to definitely fix it. Then the other fix (just trying to change the faucet as mine has hard water damage) would cost $575. However— if I did the more expensive $1100 repair the sink would be $475. I consulted with 2 people regarding cost as I felt these quotes were quite high. $600 to maybe fix something?! I requested a breakdown of cost to better understand why it would be so expensive. Basically it was explained to me that it was for labor and parts (which after getting a second opinion the cost was astronomical). I told the plumber I wasn’t ready to commit to a fix but that I would call back if I decided to do it. He assured me the $198 diagnostic fee would go towards repairs. I’m standing outside waiting to pay for 15 minutes and finally the plumber returns but this time with his supervisor on the phone. The supervisor was extremely disrespectful to me stating that I wasted their time and that I would not get the $198 towards repair unless I committed to the fix that day. He also said “I don’t get what’s so difficult for you to understand about the total cost” in a very condescending way. All of the conversation was uncalled for—accusing me of wasting their time when 2 hours of my time I spent trying to track down the plumber and keep him away from my dogs and newborn. My time was wasted! I have never felt so undervalued as a customer in my life. Such a disappointment!

However, the receptionist is always kind she deserves a raise!!

The guys did a great job. They arrived on time, and they cleaned out the tankless water heater and fixed the hot water faucet in the master bath. Thanks, guys, and well done!

It’s always a wonderful experience with the staff of Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Between both visits since 2022, they’re here in less than 9 hours to be of assistance. Considering the recent inclement weather we had (for this second visit), that was more than generous. Each time, the issue was resolved the same day. Holly was very patient and kind. She got me scheduled with ease and Keil was prompt the next morning to take care of my hot water heater. He was very pleasant and gave me preventative maintenance tips. Great family-owned business and their hearts go into what they do for others. I highly recommend this company!!

We were having issues with our toilets not flushing. We actually had sewage back up in one of our bathtub. I knew from past experiences from our older house where we used to live what had to be done.

Highly recommend Mr. Rooter and their staff. After experiencing a leak behind the access panel of my bathroom sink, Ms. Krystle was able to schedule me for a same day visit. Mr. Karson arrived and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My issue was quickly resolved. I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter in the future should I need any further services.

I contacted Mr Rooter about installing a new vanity turning in existing single into a double, and addressing a repair on our toilet. They were great to work with, answered their phone when I called, kept me updated when they would be showing up for their appointment, and went above and beyond to do a great job. At the initial bid appointment he even helped me take the vanity off the truck, and when installing took look longer than expected stayed after hours to ensure the job was complete before leaving. Finish product turned out professional, well done, and looks great.

Josiah did a fantastic job at unclogging out septic, drain line and redoing the seals beneath the toilet. I recommend them.

I appreciated the prompt and friendly service. They stayed in contact with me through text, email and phone. They were on time and quick with the plumbing issue I needed done. They provided me with a quote and I was able to pay over the phone. I highly recommend.

Very happy with the quick response from Mr.Rooter plumbing. Came out same day and have a fix to our problem in under an hour. The plumber they sent was friendly and efficient. If we ever have another plumbing problem they will be the first we call.

They were great! Called with a leaky pipe outside our house and they were able to get Chris here very quickly. He was very professional and polite, kept us updated and worked very hard in that 100 degree weather and got our water back up and running in no time. I will definitely keep calling them with any issues in the future.
