I had these folks out to extend the house plumbing to an outdoor shower. The came out to give me an estimate as arranged, once accepted, the plumbers arrived on time (imagine that) and completed the job perfectly, they cleaned up the area and were very professional the whole time. Couldn’t be happier.

The worst possible plumbing company you could ever hire! Had a clogged toilet. Guy came out and put a snake through the pipe and kept forcing it threw until it inevitably busted threw the pipe and destroyed all of the pipes causing raw sewage to flood the underneath of the home. The technician claimed it was like that when he got there which is the biggest lie I've ever heard considering I was standing right there when it happened. Owner of the company said he believes his employee meanwhile, he said this without coming out to see for himself. Left everything broken and didn't even fix the clogged toilet. Don't use them!! Owner doesn't stand by the work of his employees and will destroy your home and blame you for it.

This company is by far the worst plumbing company Tallahassee has to offer. Not only are the plumbers lazy and ride the clock, they do nothing to fix the problem. We have called them out to our property numerous times, and they haven't fixed anything. They have also charged us thousands of dollars for sub par work. Do not hire them! Bad business practices will end this company.

Mike and his team came out and redid my water heater and my house with PEX, they did a fantastic job and also helped me stay within my budget. Will use them again and recommend them to friends and family!

I should have read the reviews below before hiring this company. They are refusing taking responsibility of a shower valve they have installed and blame the malfunction on the tiles person! Worst, the supervisor is refusing to send someone for an evaluation unless he can bill for his time! Note, the total bill of their work (valve plus evacuation pipes installation of the sink) costed more than $500 and no responsibilities taken. We need costumer protection in this town! (picked one star only because you have to pick at least one)

Highly recommend Simmie Fudge from Cureton Plumbing. He came out quickly, was very knowledgeable, and fixed our backed up system efficiently and effectively. Best plumbing experience by far.

Came out same day. Gentleman was professional and he fixed our drain issue. We have used the company before and were satisfied. If needed, we will call them again!

This place is a con to get your money. The plumber came out twice and the problem is not solved. The supervisor came and continued to remind me of the time and how much each hour was while still not fixing my plumbing issue. Even the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She complained about how busy she was and did not deliver messages. I hate I wasted $600 for nothing. They did nothing but come and make it worse and over charge me for their useless time.

Stopped in at the office. Friendly helpful staff. Explained my needed estimates, and left my name and number. I was told to expect a call in the next day or two.
That was five or six weeks ago...

Chose this company because of a recommendation. The recommended plumber retired, but I went with them anyway.
Slow and expensive!
The plumber spent anywhere from a 1/3 to 1/2 of his time in his truck. Conveniently finished at exactly the two hour mark.
They did honor their warranty (the only reason for the second star) when they had to come back out two times to fix the original repair work.
Back to one star: toilet is broken again. Will call someone else.

Rod is great!!! Not only did he get our hot water back on, he took the time to help look for our cat when my friend accidentally left the door open (little jerk was hiding in the bedroom).

10/10 would hire again!

Helen and the guys that came out Ethan & Eric ( I think those are their names) were absolutely fantastic! They are quick, friendly, and just provide awesome customer service! Would highly recommend using them for all your plumbing needs.

Who doesn't wish for a reliable, trustworthy and skilled house plumber? Well, I no longer have this wish as Cureton has met my criteria. They even went beyond on this last visit by accommodating my hectic schedule and fixing my stopped up kitchen sink and leaving me time to get to an appointment. Thanks Cureton!

We just finished renovations, which was a nightmare, and had Cureton come out to make sure everything is connected and functioning properly. They sent a guy out, he said he tested and checked everything, and everything was fine. When we attempted to use our washing machine, we noticed a leak in the pipes. When my wife called to explain the problem, the lady on the phone was rude and not helpful. When they can back out, the plumber damaged our brand new floors, and said nothing about it. My wife called again, and she was told Mike, the owner, would give her a call back, a week has gone by and we have not heard from him.

Brett from Cureton Plumbing showed up at my home for a service call exactly on time. He was friendly, professional, and got the job done. From scheduling the appointment to having Brett show up and complete the work, I am completely happy with the service I received. Highly recommended.

They are competent, efficient & trustworthy, and of equal importance, they are courteous to our customers. No job is too small or too big, and they always arrive on time with a truck stocked with all parts needed. I highly recommend their plumbing services to anyone in the Tallahassee and surrounding areas.

I recently purchased a home and needed to have my 30 year old water heater replaced. I chose to go with Cureton Plumbing because they quoted a reasonable price, were close to my home, and had good reviews on Google. Unfortunately, a mistake was made somewhere along the line and they installed the wrong size water heater. I didn't realize it until right after their tech left my home. The tech also accidentally wrote the wrong total on my invoice (he did call back and correct it). The first person my husband and I communicated with about the problem tried to minimize the issue and deflect responsibility. However, I am still giving Cureton Plumbing 4 stars because the next person we spoke to was the office manager, Sandy, and she handled things significantly better and went beyond our expectations to correct the problem. They put in the correct water heater at no additional cost to us. Also, both of the techs who came to our home, Jason and Brett, were extremely polite and friendly and completed the job quickly and with excellent results. While I personally feel a bit wary after my experience, I think I would recommend them to someone as a good plumbing company. The mistakes that were made were honest mistakes, it was just their customer service person that made the entire thing more difficult than necessary. I would recommend getting an estimate in writing with details of the job BEFORE the work is done, and checking every detail on your invoice and checking over the work, but honestly you should be doing that anyways whenever you have work done on your home. That is the lesson I learned with this experience!
