Kelly and his team are so knowledge, kind, punctual and very knowledgeable. They always do excellent work at an affordable price.

They were responsive, polite, were able to come out relatively quickly and explained everything they were doing. The price was unbeatable. Michael and his crew were very professional and I would definitely recommend this company.

I discovered the water supply line from my water heater had sprung a leak overnight, and I had standing water in my garage. I called Kelly after 5 other "emergency" plumbers had no one available until the next week.

Will and Storm came out in a little over an hour. They were professional, friendly and quick. Will even upgraded the original connection so I could replace it myself if it leaked again. And the repair cost a lot less than I was preparing for.

This is the second time we've had Kelly Griffin Plumbing come to our home. Not everyone wants to travel to Havana for a job, but not Kelly. The first time was for a problem with the shower and Kelly arrived on time and worked with my husband to get the job done right. Very reasonably priced, especially for a plumber. Today, his right hand man, Jason, came out at 8:45 am for a problem with both our hot water on demand water heater and also a problem with low pressure in the kitchen sink. Jason stayed until after 12:15 and the flush of the water heater took over 45 minutes, along with supplies. He worked on the faucet and included my husband in the work and teaching him. His final billing was more than fair, in fact it was astoundingly reasonable. I already knew these guys were Christians, but their care and concern only prove that it is our Savior who guides their every deed. Thank you, Kelly and Jason.

I called Kelly Griffin Plumbing after hours and he responded to my surprise. He was able to address the issue and fix it in a timely manner. (Faster than expected) without hesitation I would recommend this business. Very professional and great as his trade.

Darrin and Will were fantastic! They showed up exactly when they said they would, had everything they needed, and fixed my leaky sink in 40 minutes, for a very fair price. Both were professional and courteous. Not as important to some people, but I like that they were personable guys. I'll definitely call Kelly Griffin the next time I need a plumber.

Kelly is the best. He and his guys responded immediately for a backflow preventer issue, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had a brand new preventer installed in a couple hours. I’ll be using him in the future for all plumbing issues and would recommend him to anybody.

Kelly came over early in the morning. We had several problems. Both outside faucets needed replacement. He put toilet flappers in both toilets. The most important problem was the water leakage in the pipes. He fixed the pipe in outside yard near the water main supply. He charged us an extremely low amount. We told him so. He was quick, attentive, polite and actually fun to talk to. We were so impressed. I am talking him up to all of our friends.

I reached out to Kelly for some kitchen plumbing repair/replacement that was needed before closing on our home. He responded quickly, and the team he sent out to our home was polite, professional, and our dog loved them. They took care of the issue and explained the process as they went. I would recommend this company for any plumbing you need around your home.

I called Kelly Griffin Plumbing this morning due to poor water temperatures at 7:30 in the morning. By 8:45 am, I had someone at my house assisting me with my water heater. Everyone was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Honestly, I could not be more satisfied.

Said they would fix my issue and had me waiting weeks, just to say they can't do it. Phones don't work in their office (missed calls, dropped calls, they don't call back) and they don't respond to emails, either.

Absolute waste of time trying to work with these people.
