Had them replace plumbing in a bathroom. Did a great job, punctual, and pricing was fair. Would use again when needed.

Found this plumber via Google search. At around 3pm I had called about 7 different plumbers requesting same day service but all declined or wanted to charge emergency service or after hour fees. Jim Crosby Plumbing not only had the cheapest hourly rate, but they came within an hour of my call and fixed my problem in less that 20 minutes. These folks will definitely get my business again.

Wow! We had a plumbing emergency today (on a Sunday) and Chris showed up within an hour and a half. He was professional, friendly, and explained the problem in detail. Even after fixing the problem he went the extra mile and changed the ring of the toilet bowel when that was not the issue we called him for. Very reasonably priced too. We definitely will be calling Crosby with our plumbing problems in the future!

Mike was at my door within minutes(literally) of getting off the phone with the pleasantly cool and calm dispatch gentleman. He greeted me with smile, and a positive attitude. The service was prompt, efficient and he even went above and beyond by giving me a new drain plug and insert on a very short notice after getting the proper approval.

Jim Crosby Plumbing is the best Tallahassee has to offer!!! One of the reasons is Dawn, the business manager. I am a 70 year old grandmother of triplets and my daughter and her husband were out of the country. They hive only lived in their new home about a month and I had numerous issues with the house come up. One was the toilet clogged and I knew the plumber was coming out to check the hot water heater, so I waited one day for him to solve the issue. Unfortunately, they have a home warranty, something I have never believed in! When Dawn called to confirm the appointment I was not very nice. I called back and apologized and she called me back to say she had spoken with the home warranty people to include the toilet and jetted tub in the work order. She went above and beyond to help me. When Chris, the plumber came he fixed the toilet and checked the hot water heater and jetted tub and I was very happy with his work. However, when I went into the bathroom several hours later there was water on the floor. I immediately called Dawn back and she said she would send Chris ASAP. Not only did Chris come, but Dawn herself came to make sure everything was all right!!! I worked in the service industry at Walt Disney World for 41 years and would want both Dawn and Chris on my staff!! It is so refreshing in this day of little to no service that individuals go out of their way to help others!! I will never forget their wonderful work and my family will be Jim Crosby Plumbing customers for life!!!

Very good experience. Person the phone when I called was very polite and professional. Told me that everyone was on another job at the moment but they would get to me today. Called 30 minutes before they got here to let me know they were on their way. Worked on the cleanout for awhile and then hooked up a machine. The machine was not working and he said they might have to come back in the morning but he did keep trying and did get it cleared. Charge was $120 which is what they had quoted me. No trying to sell me other services like some reviewers have complained about with other companies. Would definitely use them again.

I'm so glad I was able to contact Jim Crosby Plumbing. They truly care about their customers and helping them to the fullest. They come in and assess your home with your plumbing problem or issue and they come out and fix it all. I really appreciated Dawn, she's the sweetest. She got someone out right away, and Jim for there amazing help to see a leak going on in my home. Also my toilets were acting up too, so they recommended new ones. In all, they are a very reliable and prompt company that gets to the bottom of your issue. I would totally recommend them to anyone who needs some advice or some help with a plumbing problem. Our shower experienced a sewage backup, and the toilet was unable to drain. Despite my attempts to unclog the toilet and utilize a 15-foot auger to locate the obstruction, I was unsuccessful. They arrived on the same day and successfully cleared and repaired the clog.

Do NOT use for Rennai water heaters! Charged us for parts to fix old heater. Didn’t fix the problem. Then told us we needed a new water heater and the heater they installed still would not work. Would not return calls and eventually told us it’s a gas line issue but they don’t know how to fix those. Gave us the name of another company to use who never answered a call. Eventually they told us there was nothing they could do and to Google someone else. Terrible customer service

I had a very old water heater in my condo in Naples. Was nervous about it breaking down so I bought a new one and had Jared to the install for me. I found him on Angi's List.

From the start he was so professional and respectful. His pricing was also very fair. Other companies I had gotten a quote from were all trying to overprice the job. I made an appointment with him and he showed up on time and with all his tools ready to go. The install came out perfect.

There are three things when you have a plumbing problem and look for a plumber- how long will it take - how much will it cost - and will they fit professionally. Well I can tell without a doubt Jared Fletcher IS the best plumber I have ever seen. He fixed my plumbing issue under an hour , at a low cost , and it works like it was New! My very old water heater started leaking. Jared showed up the next evening on time. Professional, respectful and pleasant.
The installation is top notch and his price cannot be beat. He cleaned up after himself and then showed me how to service my water. I will probably just call him back to do it for me. Thankful that he he took the time to show me how.
