When you need a reliable plumber call this company. They will come and fix my leak and the person who come are very efficient and nice.

Called thursday, sep 23 for service, was told tech could come out monday the 26th between 1-4pm, monday no one showed up, called tuesday morning and they acted like they never heard of me but said they would send someone that morning, NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED, THIS IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !

These guys came out to my apartment and I thank them so much for their kindness. They're awesome and would recommend them heavily for their professionalism.

After three appointments showed up did r_r on two leaking toilets refused to accept payment on.rhe spot waited. Month sent Bill in snail mail which we dod not see ad we are put of town one week later even after I called three times reporyed us as late payers which had not happened in my 75 year lifetime.Still does not answer phone calls to billing department

They were sent twice about the water pressure. the first time they told me that it was the hot water heater needing maintenance but had not check the hot water heater or anything else in the house. The second time, the plumber said that it's the pressure relief valve.

Jim Bennett can’t fix that leak. Have older faucet. Said they would look for parts on multiple occasions. Never heard back….. just left me hanging thinking parts were coming. Crickets….

I have sought Mr. Mr. Bennett and his staff on several occasions throughout the years. I cannot say enough about his incredible caring staff, professionals that always quickly repaired whatever problem I have encountered at my home. Would recommend to all tri-state area and beyond.

I had them remodel my bathroom. It took 2 months instead of 2 weeks. They tile was thrown up the walls and had to be fixed twice. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall after a week. The communication is terrible. Find someone else.

Terrible plumber and terrible business owner, lost items we paid for, charged for items not installed and work not completed or even called for, uncapped water line leaked and damaged drywall, unable to pass a final inspection on a new build, owner Jim Bennett threatening homeowners with lien due to contractor not paying him, contractor is his close personal friend seems like a scam, contractor has been paid but doesn’t pay for work so subcontractor bills homeowner again. Beware!!!

They left their $70 ladder at our house. We waited for a few days but nobody came to claim it. Then we called and were told they'd get it. It's been almost 6 weeks now. We've called them two more times since then. Nobody came to pick it up. Finally, my husband took it to work to return it to them on his lunch break. Bizarre.

It was contracted through Home Depot for Jim Bennett Plumbing to do a bathtub renovation after two weeks the job was done the following week my entire bedroom bathroom and hallway was completely flooded by their negligence. Refused to call his insurance company to file a claim instead wanted to lowball me and pay out of pocket what he thought the cost was .Don't trust this company

On time service for our water leak under the house very reasonable price for a job well done! I recommend this plumber when things go wrong at your home or business. Midnight emergency was handled w great communication.

Set up an appointment through American Home Shield. They never called like they were supposed to, I had to call them. Plumber came out, listened to me talk about what was wrong with my water heater, didn't really look at anything, said it was probably clogged with sediment, then said he called AHS and my contract didn't cover sediment. Checked my contract and told the plumber it was spelled out that sediment was covered. He left anyway without resolving anything. Had to call AHS back, verify the contract coverage, and ask them to send them out again. It's been over a month, multiple calls to AHS and multiple calls to the plumber (they never call me!) and they still haven't come back out to fix my water heater. Most recent call they merely said they would call AHS and get back with me (despite AHS saying they already authorized a follow up visit and that they were supposed to call me). Of course, they haven't gotten back with me. Meanwhile someone in our family gets to take a cold shower in the winter if we shower back to back.

Update: plumber finally came out (this is the second time, remember), and left saying it was our responsibility to move the washing machine that was in front of the hot water heater. A bit ridiculous (what water heater is easy to get to?), but if they had told me in advance, I could have done that. Having been out to my house before they knew the washing machine was in the way. Wish I could lower the rating to zero stars.
