They just left after fixing my sink (landlord sent them out) there was water everywhere I had to provide 3 towels that was left on my kitchen floor along with their bucket as they just packed up and left telling me they "cleaned up" everything under and around my sink is garbage now so unprofessional!

Awsome! Awsome! Awsome! They saved me money and did a great job. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them at anytime.

They are the best and very fair in their pricing. When there was a minor concern after a water heater replacement they came back to check.

Came to do work on my house before I purchased it and did not fix my leak properly causing water damage inside my wall and in my sub flooring. All they did was slop on some caulk to "fix" my leak. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY PLUMBING NEEDS

Came and change my water heater in less than 2 hrs. Did an excellent job. Would recommend them to anyone and their price was better than the rest.

These guys are incompetent clowns. I stayed home from work and waited for them all day. They said that they would call 30 minutes before they showed up. There was never a call, and they showed up at 4:17, completely unable to do the job I called them to do. Nothing was accomplished apart from wasting my time, and I'm now I'm having a competent plumber do the work.

Wow! I am so disappointed in the way I was treated. I got new granite countertops, a new undermount sink and new faucet. I called Seeders to come out and install the faucet and hook everything back up. Two very courteous young men came out and were unable to reinstall the garbage disposal on the 60/40 undermount sink, because the large sink was lower than the old sink. They got everything else hooked back up and left. After they left, I realized that the basket strainer on the large side of the sink was all scratched up. The one on the small sink was new. I looked at my bill and I was only charged for one. I called him and he said that one came with the sink and they charged me for the other one. After I hung up, I went and looked at my old sink and the one in there was missing, so I knew that he had used the one from the old sink. I wrote Linda an email and told her what happened and also told her that I had since read that garbage disposals can be installed on the small sink side. Jason Seeders came out the next day. He looked at installing the garbage disposal on the smaller sink, but explained to me that wouldn't work either because of the way it was plumbed. I told him I understood. I then asked him about the basket strainer. He looked at it and said that they only charged me for one new one and that he probably did use the one from my old sink. He said I would have to pay for another one. I told him I didn't mind at all and asked him if he had a new one with him and if it would take him long to switch it out. He said he did and it wouldn't take long. I told him to do it. He then said that they used old parts a lot and didn't understand why I had a problem with it. I told him because it was scratched up and didn't match the other one. He said I should have told them that I wanted all new parts! (Really? I never would have dreamed that they would take an 18 year old visible part off of my old sink and use it) After a few more minutes of him arguing with me and insinuating that I was being unreasonable, I asked him to leave.

I am still just dumbfounded. Terrible customer service!!

I am quite disappointed with the service I had. We had leaked basically Need to change new valve. They didn’t bring the new valve with them so they fix temporary. If I want to change new one , another $125 for coming back tomorrow . I paid $385 for temporary fix .

I must admit, I get very uncomfortable when I need service on something I have no knowledge of and I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way. I took the time to read reviews on about 10 different plumbing companies before deciding on Mike Seeders Plumbing. A pipe burst in our home sometime after 1:00 am, I'm guessing, and flooded our bedroom. I called Seeders and they were in and out in less than an hour. My water is back on, leak fix, and the price was great! I'm fortunate, very appreciative, and officially signing off on Seeders! I am now a new loyal customer! Thanks Fellas!!!

We had trouble trying to get anyone to respond to our issue after our water heater leaked all over our laundry room floor. This happened on a Thursday evening so we had to wait until first thing Friday morning to call someone. No one seemed to be available or respond to our request for service.
Saturday morning, I called the first after hours plumber I found online, which was Mike Seeders. I spoke with Linda, and she was so helpful and told me she could have a plumber out to our house within an hour. Dylan is the tech that helped us. He was professional and replaced our water heater in less than 4 hours (including drive time to our home).

Had an emergency late on a Friday evening, and called Mike Seeders. The technician (Dylan) was at our house in less than 30 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. He was able to fix the problem and we were back up and running within 20 min or so, and at very reasonable price for being after hours. Will definitely be recommending this company, and will continue to use them in the future.
