We discovered a large puddle under our backflow valve. McNeill technician Michael Lamb quickly diagnosed the problem as a leaking water pressure reduction valve. He also noticed the age of our backflow valve (22 years) and recommended replacement. We authorized the work which he then accomplished skillfully, including excellent cleanup.

Rob Williams came by, today, to fix a leaky shower. He was friendly, did the work as expected, and I am looking forward to a smaller water bill.
I have had a number of plumbing issues in the last year and they've taken care of all of them and it's been the same great experience.

Our kitchen sink lost pressure and the cutoff valve underneath it wasn't working anymore. Jason Lisenby came out the same day and fixed them both in less than an hour. He was very friendly and polite.

We had an emergency situation come up on Sunday. We called KMP. The guy on call came out to fix the leak. He not only fixed the leak but fixed some other major problems that he saw as well. We were very impressed with him. We will definitely use KMP again and recommend them to our friends.

Had an issue with pipes knocking when shower turned on. Elvis was able to resolve the issue after 2 other technicians did not. Elvis was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about the problem. Would definitely call him next time another plumbing issue arises.
