Charged me their minimum rate which was reasonable since I called this morning and they arrived ahead of schedule. I so appreciated Keith McNeil's reliable service from trustworthy employees. Recently I realized my hot water heater needed to be replaced. I had never experienced that issue before but called McNeill Plumbing when my sister recommended them. Jared was my tech and he was quite timely, extremely professional, courteous and well versed about the process. It looked amazing when he was finished and he left behind a clean garage! I will definitely use them again and was very pleased!

During the Christmas holidays we were faced with a surprise slab leak, definitely not a surprise we expected or wanted! McNeill Plumbing to the rescue! They were responsive and worked diligently to get us through the season. We were not planning a 10k+ end of the year expense, but re-piping our entire home was the best solution.
The team McNeill sent was outstanding: Justin, Mike, Dennis,PJ and Roman. Dennis by passed the leak to give us water, Mike, PJ and Roman pulled pipe throughout the attic and trenches, while Justin Crowe worked the inside pulling pipes in, cutting drywall access, and reconnecting all our new plumbing. Justin was great! We highly recommend McNeill Plumbing, fair, honest, and experienced.

Recently I had a pipe leak beneath my tiled bathroom floor. Keith McNeill Plumbing was contacted. Matt M. and his helper arrived promptly as indicated. Matt introduced themselves, then provided a summary of what work was to be done, with enough detail to allay most of my concerns. Then the he promptly began what appeared to be an intense process of carefully cutting into the tile floor. At the completion of this process, he had preserved the removed tile in such good condition that it could be used again if I so desired! Yea! A water heater was also installed. I had additional questions and he promptly answered them or sought answers if needed. After all tasks were completed, a spotless clean up was done. His patience, knowledge and professionalism was very apparent throughout the entire process. Needless to say, they are now my go to company for all my plumbing needs!!!

We had an after hours weekend plumbing issue that needed prompt attention.
Cody Horne was dispatched at 5:00 am. He arrived a short time later. Cody was courteous and ready to work. He patiently listened and understood the issue at hand. He was very professional and knowledgeable and plainly explained what steps were needed to remedy the situation. His work was precise and his demeanor was appreciated.
We will definitely gladly request Cody Horne in the future should any further plumbing issues arise.

Called Jason in the service department, told him I needed the outside hose bibs replaced at my house, he had a technician out the same day. Tyler did a great job, found out I had a water meter issue in the process, Jason had the city out to replace water meter the next day. Roxanne called me the following day letting me know Tyler was coming back to finish. Tyler called me when he was at the house to let me know everything was good to go. No worries with McNeill Plumbing. Top Notch service across the board!

Working with McNeill Plumbing was an excellent experience. We had a long standing sewer line root blockage in our front yard that we delayed repairing because of the cost. When we finally moved forward, McNeill handled the job professionally from start to finish.

After the initial excavation and pipe replacement, I thought the problem was solved, but the line backed up again two days later! They responded immediately and cleared it at no charge. When they discovered an additional blockage under our driveway that had been missed the first time, they took responsibility and repaired it for only a small increase over the original estimate. Throughout the process, they were understanding, responsive, and professional.

What could have been a stressful situation was handled fairly and honestly. We were treated better than we expected. I cannot recommend them enough! Really.

Have used them twice. Cheaper than the other plumbers I had out, and got it done, even when they were presented with issue of wrong # of holes on faucets. Even the owner came to answer my questions about piping! Will call again for all plumbing needs! Thanks Mike, Justin, PJ, and Uncle Ray!
