Trenton and Zach were great! I appreciated them showing me what was wrong with my Rinnai, describing the options clearly, and replacing it so quickly. I’ve had a top notch service from everyone at McNeill’s and can highly recommend them.

Very horrible group of people 😞They were contacted to come and repair a leaking valve in my home. The first guy who came didn't know what he was doing but told me he would come back the next morning to complete the job. Only to cancel my doctor's appointment and wait for him for almost half a day then call the company and be told we had to wait for more than a week for the parts to be ordered.
We have waited for over a week. No call, nothing. Complete disregard for human beings because you don't know what you are doing.
You are horrible people

This company was absolutely the worst. I met the plumber at the property and he smelled gas. I called where I purchased the tank and was told this is a a normal pressure valve on a propane tank that will release gas pressure. I also called out the fire dept and they told him it was fine and there was no leak. He just got in his truck and left the property and left me high and dry with no one to help me with my hot water heater later when I called the office I was told sorry we’ll come out tomorrow. This property was an Abnb and I told them that several times, so this was totally unacceptable

I had a great experience with McNeill Plumbing. They helped me troubleshoot a water leak in my main line in my front yard, got me a quote quickly for fixing the issue the way I wanted to fix it, and they scheduled the 1.5 day job for the same week they got their quote out to me. The lead guy on the job, Justin, was great. He was very knowledgeable and diligent.
I would hire this company again. I compared prices with two other local plumbers, and McNeill was competitively priced and their availability was unmatched.

McNeill Plumbing has worked on two issues at my mother's house, when the pipe was overflowing from the washing machine and to remove a leaky garbage disposal.

They were prompt, courteous, affordable and efficient. They will definitely be my go-to plumber from now on.

My experience was great! Casey Frye was my plumber. He did a GREAT job! He told me what was wrong. Recommended maintenance that would help me to reduce my plumbing cost in the future. The cost for service was less than I expected. I will recommend McNeill Plumbing and Casey Frye !!!

Very professional, Josh was able to come earlier than expected and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Gave a reasonable quote and was able to schedule the repair soon after. When he returned to repair the pipe he again was on time, fixed the issue, created an access panel, cleaned up and was completed within the time frame given. Highly recommended!!

Always the most professional and informative technicians. Nothing is too big and always willing to solve a complicated problem. Nothing job is too big for them. Our personal preference is Caleb Stevens he is wonderful to work with. He’s smart intuitive and knows his business. A great job done once again.

McNeil has been my Plumber for years. Always quickly available when needed. Josh and his partner arrived as stated, quickly worked and were highly professional and very nice folks. The prices are reasonable and with current practices. I trust McNeill for home plumbing needs!

Casey is amazing. He is knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed our sump pump issue within half an hour and we were back up and running! Their customer service is top notch.

From the beginning (cannot remember the name of the office personnel who set up initial appt, but she was fantastic) to the end(Casey Frye technician) I received professional, respectful, courteous, and efficient treatment.Toilet and tub declogged, then installation of new toilets. We had a laundry room floor drain bubble and spout some water. It was irritating because we take great care to block hair and never put oils or other objects in the drains. The very morning I called the scheduler was able to send out Caleb Stevens with his partner. They quickly pinpointed the problem area and "snaked it" from two different angles. In addition they gave us tips on how to further minimize future such issues....because, well no matter how careful you are, grease does build over the years! They were patient, informative and efficient. It is always reassuring that we can count on Keith McNeill Plumbing. Thank you.

I love living at Glen oaks mostly cause they use Keith McNeill for all their plumbing need and they do a great job. They got this one tech they call “ Big Rob” he got such a pretty smile!

McNeill Plumbing has provided us with superior service for a number of years for our home built in the 1950s. We could not be more satisfied with the work, cost or professionalism and ingenuity of the technicians. Jason Lisenby is by far one of the most knowledgeable, polite and professionals we have experienced. McNeill should be proud of the young professionals. Services are from present and past years.

Trenton came out today to work on my garbage disposal. He unlocked it within minutes and explained how l could maintain it. Not only was he polite and professional, he took the time to answer my questions. I have used Keith McNeill in the past and have always been very pleased with the service. If l have to call them for anything l will definitely ask for Trenton. He’s the BEST!!!!
