[FIRST SERVICE VISIT] I was a little wary with several of the negative reviews - but my experience was excellent. They replaced two shower cartridges in less than 30 minutes and wore shoe "booties" to protect my floors.

UPDATE: Just had another service visit. Once again, great customer service on the phone, great service at our house (toilet reset and kitchen valve fixed in an hour, perfectly done), and a very pleasant plumber to work with. Highly recommend!

Seeders is the company my apartment complex uses for emergency issues and they are a top notch choice! After going back and forth with my complex’s maintenance team, they were not able to tell me why we weren’t getting any hot water or hot water pressure. Brandon from Seeders was able to come out after business hours on a Friday evening on the way to other jobs he had. He was able to not only tell me exactly what was wrong but fixed it in no time at all. He was super nice and knowledgeable and is a great asset to the Seeders team! Thank you Brandon!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. While the technician Kyle for our water heater replacement was nice, the experience with their front desk was HORRIBLE. They said they will arrive at my business by 8:30 am for the installation. When no one showed up or called by 9 am... I called their office. I asked the front dest lady when they are going to come since I will not be waiting for them blindly. I insisted on a specific time but she was unable to provide any answers and failed to provide me the phone # of the technician servicing us.

Instead, I was transferred to a man who was equally UNCOOPERATIVE. Despite the delay being due to the rain - a reasonable cause - the manner in which it was communicated was inexcusable. Instead of an apology or an ETA, he questioned whether I still wanted the service ("Do You Still Want Us To Come Or Not! I Don't Know What Your Problem Is!"), simply because I requested a specific update on their arrival. This is not how you do business. Customers deserve respect and proper communication, especially when delays occur. The front desk's attitude was not just UNPROFESSIONAL, but VERY RUDE.

**But in the end, KYLE the young technician was NICE & CARING. He completed around 90% of the job while waiting for his coworkers and boss to come**

I have been experiencing significant issues with my toilet and tub clogging up every week, which has been a huge inconvenience. My apartment management sought out Mike Seeders Plumbing Inc. to help with this recurring problem. I am extremely appreciative of the assistance provided by Paul and Gage, the two plumbers who handled the job.

Paul and Gage were professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They quickly identified the root cause of the issue and resolved it effectively. Their expertise and dedication to providing excellent service have made a big difference, and I am grateful for their help.

The advantage about this company is they provide same day service, and the plumber arrive 2 hours after we called.

However, I gave 2 star for the following reasons.

1. After installation, I found there are scratches on the dishwasher door. I followed the scratches and found two piece of sharp metal near the dishwasher door. It is hard to describe, so I attached photos to show the scratches and the bumped metal. We have 3 years old in the house, and the height of the metal is right at the same height of the child. I will tell her to stay away from the dishwasher and hope nothing will happen.

2. It took the plumber 2 hours to install a disposal and a dishwasher, and changed one garden faucet. The time length is reasonable I think. But the charge for the materials is a little bit crazy, 105 dollars, I took a photo and attached. A hose for the dishwasher ($17.85) and a garden faucet ($13.85) are the two items I asked and he told me it will be charged. I have no ideas about the other charges. But I think it's overpriced for the materials. They charged me pipes for disposal installation, however, he took the pipes come with the disposal I bought from Amazon.

Update:
One day after I gave the first review about Mike Seeders Plumbing,
I found that the plumber actually did not seal the faucet on the countertop, now it' leaking to the cabinet. I took a video about it. I couldn't upload it because Goolge review supports only pictures.

I called the company and the front desk lady asked me to send all pictures and video to them. Now I am waiting about their response, if there is any.

The dynamic duo, Corey & PJ saved me twice. Both times I received outstanding customer service. 🥳💕🙌🏽

I first called them when our shower got badly clogged, and they came out quickly, were super friendly and respectful, and had everything back to normal in no time. Then, not long after, a pipe burst (worst timing ever), and once again, they showed up fast, handled everything professionally, and made a stressful situation so much easier.

It’s rare to find a team that’s not only skilled, but also genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend this dynamic duo if you ever need a reliable plumber! Thank you Corey and PJ!

Another win for the team at Mike Seeders! I called them Monday afternoon to find out how long it would be for them to come look at a slow drain in a bathroom sink. They said they could come Tuesday morning which was perfect timing for us.
They arrived on time and had the sink drain cleared and re-routed to reduce the chance of another clog in about 2 hours. Price was good and they had spare parts on the truck. It was a great experience.

Needed a plumber late afternoon on a Friday. Called several plumbers, including one I used in the past, no one would come until Monday… unless I could pay $450 for the base service call (not including the actual repair and parts). Mike Seeders was also fully booked, but offered to put me on a cancellation list (no other company offered this). Shortly later, received a call from Kory, whom had an opening in his schedule. He came out quickly, was upfront on cost and time, got the job done flawlessly, then fully cleaned up the work area. He was, by my estimation, the most courteous and professional employee I had dealt with in any industry. Mike Seeders Plumbing is my family’s new go to for plumbing services. Kory thanks again you were a lifesaver.

Mike Seeders is an honest and extremely competent plumber. They are responsive as soon as you need something. They fixed a botched job by another plumber at my home. I can wholeheartedly recommend them!

THE TECH WAS KIND, BUT THE TOILET TANK REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE CHEAP! THEY CHARGED WAY MORE THAN WHAT THEY WERE WORTH. THEY AMOUNT TO A PLASTIC SOLO CUP COMPARED TO WHAT WAS REPLACED. SEVERAL DAYS I CALLED & REQUESTED A ITEMIZED INVOICE THAT THEY LIED & SAID THEY EMAILED. INSTEAD THEY CALLED MY NIECE FOR PAYMENT KNOWING THEY HAD OT SENT THE INVOICE. NEVER AGAIN! SHAMEFUL!

These guys are great, and helped us out in a bind. The prices are fair and they are knowledgeable and friendly. I will call them in the future for all our plumbing needs. Thank you Wiley and Emilio for the great work and for showing up so quickly after we called.

Mike Seeders Plumbing is the company I have been using for years and they amaze me every time. I have never been disappointed. First of all Mike and his crew are very professional and know what they are doing. They fixed my shower faucet and outside main water valve installed in no time. But the best part is how reasonable they are in service charge which makes me happy on a fixed income 😍 If it’s an emergency you know companies will agree right away come with a charge for that visit but Mike will tell you if it’s something that can wait until business hours it will save you money. I love that concern.
