BEWARE BEWARE/Shady billing practices. One of my friends did a cash purchase under my account and paid with a MasterCard about three months ago and I bring it to their attention and they have blamed COVID employees out/ every excuse in the book but no resolution. Got my statement today and my daughter that I recommended them to for her house build paid for her material, now it’s on my statement again. I am sure you don’t know how to resolve it.

I was in a desperate situation. Needed parts for what should be considered an 'ancient' shower faucet. Seriously, I considered calling in an archeologists instead of a plumber, but Time Team was canceled back in 2014 (look up Time Team on YouTube, then you'll understand the reference). Well, apparently these guys deal with ancient plumbing and had exactly what I needed. Great service too. Was back to showering properly in no time. I'll be back to deal with other ancient plumbing issues, I'm sure.

Building new home, Went to make a purchase at counter knew what I wanted. Toilets, sinks etc. JZJ was very helpful.
Stopped in showroom to look at hardware on way out, sales guy there was so rude and unhelpful! It makes me want to return my order entirely

I could not find the right bathroom fixtures that would work in my 2 bathrooms - i spent too much time trying find what i needed online. Finally I texted the Tallahassee location and got a quick response from William Westenrieder. Within minutes he put together all that i needed. I am very impressed - to get a quick response from someone at the local store, and to have a difficult selection solved in minutes is rare in any industry. Nice work Ferguson, and thank you William!

We found out our tankless water heater had to be replaced just before Labor Day. It was looking like we were going to have to go all weekend with cold showers, but McNeill got us worked into the schedule & up and running before the holiday. Great customer service, fair pricing, & super easy to work with. Highly recommend!
