I was remodeling both bathrooms and used Dowdy as the plumbing contractor. THEY WERE AMAZING! I found them to be transparent and very flexible with scheduling. During the course of the remodel I talked with Willie and decided to replumb the entire house. He explained how it was a cost savings to replumb while doing the remodel and it truly translated to a good amount of cost avoidance. The one thing that I really like is the text messages the day before your plumber is scheduled to arrive AND it includes a photo of the Dowdy team member. That makes me feel secure and I always know who to expect, especially with so many door-to-door solicitors. They never say "no" and always manage to pivot on a moment's notice. Do yourself a favor and hire this team. They are pleasant, eager to please and communicate throughout the entire process.

I called with an issue from a job that was done in 2013. Kristen answered the phone and listened to my issue. I had loved the installer, Kevin, who put in my counter tops. Kristen scheduled Willie to come out the same day! He called to set an exact time for me to meet him. He was one time and was a huge help with my issue. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of my experience with Dowdy Plumbing. What a pleasure to work with a team that is knowledgeable, friendly, and backs their work. I will certainly use them for any plumbing needs in the future!

On 06/09/2020 Mr. Austin K. was sent to my home to remove 2 commodes and install 2 new ones I had ordered. Austin was onsite on time and fully prepared to do his job. Many times when you have someone come to do at job at your home they are late, have to go get something they forgot to bring etc. But not Austin!!! likewise he was very polite, presented himself as a worthy professional and did an amazing job!! Based on the quality of service and Technician. I would recommend Dowdy to anyone who needs their services. These are Great folks who pay attention to detail and do a fine job every time

I want to highly recommend Dowdy Plumbing. Will came out and did an awesome job on our commercial building. The office staff was a pleasure to deal with as well. Dowdy Plumbing did a major replumbing of our house and several additional jobs. Their work is outstanding, all the people we have dealt with are professional, knowledeable, helpful, and courteous.

Will Booth and Austin did an excellent job replacing our residential water heater. Dowdy Plumbing provided very fast responses to any questions and coordinated the entire replacement experience exceptionally well from scheduling to completion.

Dowdy is the best in town! If you need something done right the first time, look nowhere else. I discovered an exterior leak over the weekend, and it's extremely relieving to use a plumber that is reachable on a Monday morning and can send someone out the same day to resolve the problem. I called and spoke with Jennifer this morning in the service department, who was so pleasant and helpful and got me on the schedule immediately. I received a text 30 minutes into my scheduled window that Will was on the way, and I was able to track his arrival and see exactly who I would be fixing my problem because Dowdy provided a picture of the plumber (awesome touch!). Will was very professional, got the problem fixed within an hour, and sent pictures of the before and after. Dowdy really goes above and beyond! Thank you!!

Everyone at Dowdy Plumbing is kind, super professional, and easy to work with. My appointment was confirmed by text and I was given the name and photo of the tech, along with a link to track his arrival. Will was very kind and knowledgeable, and the problems I have had for years are now fixed! I will call them again for all future needs. More than 5 stars!!

Dowdy helped us with our plumbing needs on our kitchen remodel project 6 years ago and now on 2 bathroom remodels. I could not give Dowdy a higher recommendation. Will and Roy completely re-plumbed the two bathrooms for us which involved removing large areas of our concrete slab. They have a strong understanding of the trade and did excellent work at a fair price. They were punctual working within our construction schedule and left our house cleaner than they found it. If you need plumbing help on a remodel project, I highly recommend Dowdy.

I call dowdy after not being able to schedule with my previous plumbing company at the time. That was the best thing that could have happen. Tony came out to our complex where the whole building was back for the 3rd time in a few month. He did everything total different from the other plumbers that hat came out before and found the problem and the drain line. HE DIID A GREAT JOB💪🏽!!!
