No good service. I would advise calling another company. Although?!

HORRIBLE!!! we've had them come out twice thanks to our home warranty. plumber complained the whole time about having to do the work. when we needed a new water heater and called our home warranty, who in turn, called Blount. THEY REFUSED TO COME INSIDE OUR HOME TO LOOK AT THE WATER HEATER!! when we asked for 2 quotes, one for tankless, one for standard, he started yelling that he shouldn't have to give us a quote. when i finally convinced him to get us a quote, he yelled back it would be $4500 and hung up. If that wasn't enough, we have more plumbing issues. we called our home warranty again, and alas-- blount got called. 3 days later-- NO WORD!!! I called my home warranty and had them change vendors. I will never be using this company again!!

The Worse Experience Ever, I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life. The on call tech and the process of the company is horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY ISSUES YOU HAVE DEALING WITH PLUMBING.....................I wish there was a way to give negative stars because one star is too much to give to this company. They've helped fix many plumbing problems. They even came back out when a problem came back days later and permanently fixed the issue no charge when it turned out to be a different issue. The technicians have always been friendly and professional.
