Jared and his team helped us fix a problem recently - wasn’t a major repair but Jared figured out a solution that was simple and affordable. Everyone was on time, super good to work with and answered any questions I had - and super affordable. They will be our go to folks for any future problems.

We contacted Jared Fletcher Plumbing to do an urgent repair on the plumbing in our home. We were very pleased with our entire experience. They got back to us right away, and arranged a convenient time with us. They did a thorough assessment of the problem, and were able to complete the repair in a single visit. Both Jared and Brad were friendly and very professional. We will definitely use them again in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

Great People, Great Price, Great Work. Our 50+ year old galvanized plumbing in our slab burst and needed replaced. They did a great job replumbing the entire house. They showed up on time and did the job in the timeframe quoted. The work was excellent and done for a good price.

Jared was recommended to me through a family member that used his services and loved him! He was everything they said he would be... efficient, professional and friendly! He is definitely a problem solver when things do not go as planned. I will call him again without a doubt whenever I need another plumber.

Jared answered my phone call after hours. Came by within half an hour and solved the issue, then offered to come by the next day to check it again and do some more root cutting from the pipes at no additional charge. Price is good, service is excellent, and Jared is a cool awesome guy to do business with. Will be recommending to friends.

I was referred to this company and couldn't be happier. They quickly fixed a kitchen sink backup caused by a clog near my septic line and replaced my old water heater for a third of what two other companies quoted.

I hired Jared for my new construction build and paid a $5,500 as a deposit to start work. The only work completed was a temporary water line, which was installed incorrectly. He left the water valve only half open, causing my well to lose pressure. This mistake forced me to call out a well company, costing me additional money, only to find out the plumbing installation was at fault.

After this, I lost trust in his work and hired a different plumber to complete the new construction. I requested a refund of my deposit since the only work performed was the temporary water line. I emailed, text and called him multiple times:

Emailed: 8/21, 8/30, 9/5, 9/9, 9/11, 9/13, 9/16

Texted: 8/25, 8/28

Called: 8/21, 8/25, 9/5

He responded only once on 9/5, saying he wanted another chance to make things right. I declined, as I had already completed rough plumbing with another trusted plumber. He claimed he would send me a check and even mentioned sending a picture of the envelope, but this never happened.

As of today, he will not respond to calls, emails, or texts, and I have not received any refund. I cannot recommend this company due to poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and refusal to return payment for unfinished work.

Update as of 10/14/2025: I filed a complaint with BBB and he hasn't responded to him neither. I am still out my initial deposit. The company nor Jared has been in contact to try to resolve this issue :/

I called to get him to come out, and left a voicemail. I got an immediate callback where he told me he was unable to help because of a full schedule, then gave me referrals to two other plumbers. I appreciate the professionalism, even if I didn't end up hiring him.

Used them to change out water heater and they couldn't of been better. Were quick and very fairly priced. Will be using them for any plumbing needs moving forward.

I had good service from Kelly but when I needed to get some plumbing done for my new washing machine, he had me wait a whole week to come and do the work and then called me on the day that he was supposed to come to say he couldn't come that day and it would have to wait until the following week. I don't like being told I'm scheduled for a certain day and then called to say he couldn't make it. His excuse was that he was a small business. I don't think he was very interested in having me as a client. Oh well. I called someone else.
