The customer service was great. They showed up when they said they would. The tech/plumber was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The problem was fixed in one visit and it didn't take long considering it was a main line break.

I’ve been a property manager for over 20 years and this week I had a leak to fix in front of one of my commercial buildings, about 4 foot down in the asphalt parking lot. When I called Mr. Rooter, not only were they professional, courteous and kind but they were very knowledgeable. They sent someone out immediately for an estimate and scheduled me as quickly as possible. When they showed up, they were professional, efficient, on time and they did an amazing job. I will certainly be using their services again in the future and I highly recommend them to anybody else who might need their services. Thank you Holly and your excellent crew!!!

I called Mr. Rooter plumbing and the service was professional from start to finish. Ashley, the front desk clerk was pleasant to work with on all occasions and Eric and Christian, the field techs provided a dependable action plan, which in my opinion was best practice for what I had done. They converted a single sink to dual sinks on a repurposed vanity (not easily). They were friendly and kind during every interaction and went out of their way to maintain a positive experience. It was my first time calling Mr. Rooter Plumbing, but certainly not my last. Thank you🙂

As a first-time customer of Mr. Rooter at Tallahassee, I expected a certain level of professionalism and honesty. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but satisfactory. Initially, I was quoted a repair cost of $603, which I agreed to without hesitation. However, throughout the process, I was continuously pressured to agree to additional repairs and costs.

The situation escalated when your representative, who identified themselves as the manager, insisted on an additional payment of approximately $200 for unforeseen issues. Reluctantly, I agreed, only to receive another call an hour later demanding an extra $100. At this point, I questioned whether the total payment of $936 would guarantee a leak-free result, to which I was assured it would.

To my dismay, the very next morning, I discovered that the repaired area was still leaking. The most frustrating part of this ordeal was the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by your office staff. When I attempted to escalate the matter to a higher authority, I was met with excuses and evasion tactics.

It is deeply disappointing to have entrusted my plumbing needs to your company, only to be met with such incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction.

The young gentleman who showed up was timely. He addressed not only the issues I called about, but also a broken sink while he was there. He was very polite about the added inconvenience. This was great service. I will call them next time too.

Services were timely, knowledgeable, and professional. I was kept informed every step of the way. Everything was explained to my satisfaction. The work was done / completed when they said it would be done. It was professional, and they cleaned up after themselves. I am totally satisfied with your services.

We reached out to Mr. Rooter to repair work done by a previous plumbing company. So glad we called them. The experience was seamless and the job was done quickly and correctly. They even anticipated a future issue and installed hardware to mitigate it. The technicians were great. They explained what they did in terms I could understand. If we ever need more work, they are the first plumbing company we'll contact.

I appreciate the services provided by everyone who came to work at my house. From the early morning call to schedule service and then being punctual. They worked with me on my numerous problems and were professional and knowledgeable. Mr. Rooter is now my go to for all my plumbing needs.

Had an underground pipe leak in the front yard. The entire process from my initial phone call, to them excavating, locating the leak, leaving to go get a part, swapping out the full apparatus, and filling the hole back in and wrapping up took about 4 hours. Super impressed and my two technicians, Josiah and Cade, were polite, professional, and did a great job.

A recent power outage that kicked on our generator our tankless water heater stopped working. A couple of calls and an inperson diagnosis it was determined that the unit had a fried board. It took us many attempts to even get a company to call us back. When they did thet gave a window of four hours. Eight hours later, almost 8:00 at night they knocked on the door. They gave us an outrageous estimate. The second company we were able to agreed to come ghosted us.
We finally called Mr. Rooter. Keil came out the next morning and installed the new hot water heater in less than 3 hours.
If there is a next time, Mr. Rooter will be the first call.

Mr Rooter Plumbing recently provided excellent professional service to my family at our home. Josiah was very helpful and answered all the questions we had. He got our bathtub draining like it should. His hard work is appreciated. We live in an older house so these things happen periodically. Thank you Mr Rooter!

Ok. I had a leaking pipe in the front yard. Holly called right away and tried to assist me in turnoff the water main valve, but it would not turn. Rusted shut. Kudos to her for trying to help. Soon after that she had a Cade come and turn off the water and dig up the leaking. Unfortunately, I had other issues with the valve. Cade, Joshua and Brian worked until 8:30 to get it fixed. Friendly, fast, and quality service.

My sink was making a gurgling sound whenever I used the washer (laundry ). I called Mr.Rooter explained the issue. I was able to get an appointment for the same day, which was awesome. Mr. Josiah did excellent! He is very knowledgeable as well as profession. I definitely recommend them!

The company response time was quick as well as courteous. The dispatcher was in constant contact with information about the visit. The technician Josiah was very helpful as he provided great customer service along with helpful tips while working to resolve the problem. Great company and reasonably priced as well for the service provided.

We had a great experience with Karlson of Mr Rooter. Karlson did an excellent job replacing / rebuilding our bathtub valves/knobs and tightening the knob in our shower. Plus, we appreciated him taking the time to explain and give notice of potential repairs that may be needed in the future.

We used Mr. Rooter in September of 2024 to repair a leak in our main water line under our driveway. We are very happy with the results and professionalism of the staff. Jump forward to September 2025 when we developed a leak on the same line, but further down the line. We spoke with the staff several times and discussed our options for repair or replace. We decided to have them install a new line from our meter to the house. They were able to start the job sooner than expected, and despite many hurdles, they completed the job in one day. They not only rerouted the line, but installed a pressure regulator and a new shutoff valve inline. We are very happy with the professionalism of the staff, their work ethic, communication, and quality of the work. We will recommend them to friends and family, and will be using them again for renovation projects!

What started as a simple DIY project quickly turned into a stressful situation when I accidentally broke a pipe inside the wall while replacing an old outdoor faucet. At first, since it was late on a Friday, the earliest appointment available was first thing Monday, this is totally understandable. But when we briefly turned the main water back on to test the faucet, we suddenly discovered water leaking into our master bedroom. That changed everything.
It was the end of the day on a Friday (not ideal timing for anyone), but when the owner learned we had an active leak inside the house, she immediately stepped in and got a lead technician out to us. He quickly diagnosed the problem, opened the wall, repaired the broken pipe, and had our water restored within a couple of hours.
The pricing was very fair, the workmanship was high quality, and the customer service truly went above and beyond. They didn’t have to come out that late, but they did — and it honestly saved us from what could have been major damage.
We’re extremely thankful and would absolutely recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone in Tallahassee.

From the moment I contacted Mr Rooter about my water heater issue, they kept me informed throughout the process about my service appointment, estimated costs, the service technician's arrival, and even worked with the appliance company to get the warranty coverage taken care of. Our service tech Chris was outstanding. He explained everything and took care of our home during the replacement of the water heater and talked with us about repair and replacement options.

Been a customer with Mr. Rooter in Tallahassee for over 10 years. I own my home and have used their service for every plumbing issue we’ve had (which has been a few with an old house built in 1950). Everything from minor leaks to major sewer repairs, they’ve fixed in a timely and professional manner at prices that seem fair with the market. Recently they have acted as liaisons with the city to repair a sewer connection, saving me time and additional expense. Family-owned franchise, can’t recommend them enough. Good people.
