For several years, Smith Plumbing has been our school's first choice for plumbing needs. They respond quickly and always communicate what our options are and how they can meet our needs. Their friendliness and professionalism is the cherry on top!

We have used Smith on three different occasions for projects ranging from a water heater repair to a major (and complicated) bathroom renovation. Smith Plumbing came recommended by a local handyman. We emailed Smith Plumbing about a leaking tub and faucet. They got back to me quickly and sent out Mike to look at it. Mike was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He got things done in about 2 hours. We're also a "no shoes in the house" household, and Mike removed his shoes every time he went in and out of the house, no reminders needed.

We never hope to need a plumber, but if we do need one in the future, we're calling Smith Plumbing.

I've gotta say that was one of my best plumbing experiences ever! We had three things that needed to be done and two of them were fairly involved and complicated. The Smith plumber was very pleasant and came in and was clearly knowledgeable about the details of all three jobs. He got right to work and finished all three very nicely in record time. I had the pleasure of using Smith's Plumbing for my water heater. The service was great and so easy to set up as I had no idea about getting a new water heater. I will use them again and again if the need arrives and you should too. Affordable, friendly and reliable.

The guys were prompt, clean, and ready to go on Monday morning. They trenched, lined up the PVC piping, made the connections, and voila... I had a brand new pipe running from the water main to my house. Four hours. Can't wait to see my new water bill. Thanks, Guys!!

Within the last month I had Smith Plumbing install a new water heater. While at my home, Corey noticed my water pressure was very high, and a few weeks later, he installed a new PRV. All the work was professionally done, and at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Corey & Smith Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. They are awesome!

My water heater went out on Sunday. Smith Plumbing had it replaced for me on Wednesday at a reasonable price. Very easy to deal with and I really appreciated their quick turn around. I will definitely use them again.

We recently moved to Tallahassee, so when we realized that we had two outside faucets that were dripping (thanks to Leon County Utilities text at 3:30 am on 2/3/26 :P) I asked a neighbor who to call and he immediately said, "Smith Plumbing - they're good people". And he was right!
The office folks were very professional, pleasant, and efficient in scheduling someone to come out.
We have been homeowners for 40 years and I have to say that their technician, Mike, who came to our home this morning is the most proficient and personable plumber we've ever had. He took care of the outside faucets (in record time), fixed a leaky faucet in our master bath, AND fixed a toilet situation in a guest bathroom (that I won't elaborate on) that I can't thank him enough for handling! Many thanks to Mike and Smith Plumbing!!

Needed sewer drain line uprooted and repaired. Johnny and Caleb did a perfect job digging up the area where Jarrod had determined the problem was. They removed and replaced the damaged pvc pipe and removed the culprit foliage that caused the problem. Smith's Plumbing has done work before for our home and they have never let us down. Very professional, fair, honest, and pleasant service received from from the whole team, starting with Nicole and Megan.

They sent Jimmy out promptly, work completed in 15 minutes, the man was a hard worker, just got down to work. I am so thankful that Miranda at Esposito's Garden Center, highly recommended them as only firm who does there backflows for their irrigation services dept. I use Esposito's for my irrigation repairs, tune-ups, etc. I am beyond pleased with this firms thoughtfulness, care for the customer and prompt, extremely competent service.
