I had a shower pan and pipe leak that needed to be fixed as soon as possible. White's was very quick with getting back to me and great with communicating to me about estimates and setting up a schedule. Carter and Trent did my shower demolition and installation in such an efficient amount of time while Carter communicated the entire process to me and made sure I was comfortable and informed during the process. Carter even noticed my sink, which I knew desperately needed to be repaired, and added that onto my service with no extra time charged. I otherwise would have had to do it in a separate appointment, and he did it in absolutely no time. He also communicated that process to me efficiently and I'll just say he saved me a great amount of time and money and seems to always be sure to consider every possible scenario for the customer when doing his work and truly cares about what he is leaving them with. The pricing is extremely fair for the quality work that they do so im very satisfied that I went with White's for this job. They make sure to be open and honest about pricing during every step of the way and do not scam/try to add on unnecessary & more expensive things for no reason like some other plumbing companies I have death with. Everyone I've spoken to within this company has been extremely personable and customer service oriented. Highly recommend.

I've been using White's Plumbing when needed for over ten years. They are reliable and responsive and have always gotten the job done correctly the first time. Brandon came out today to resolve a minor issue, and I realized White's Plumbing just does all the little things right, and that in itself is not a little thing so I figured it was about time to leave a review. Thanks for 10+ years of support whenever we've needed it.

Chris White came out twice to give an estimate to hook up the natural gas line for our pool heater to be sure it was what we were looking for. He looked at all of our inside gas connections to be sure they were operating properly as well, and added regulators where needed. JT and Sutton came out to install our gas line. They arrived on time, were super thorough, polite, and very knowledgeable. I could not be more impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone I have had the pleasure of working with at Whites Plumbing! Their prices were reasonable and competitive as well! I will definitely call them again for any plumbing or natural gas needs in the future!

Our entire experience was excellent with White’s Plumbing. They are kind, extremely professional and Brandon did an awesome job. We needed our new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and hot & cold knobs for our washer replaced. Brandon took care of all our needs quickly, professionally, and he is very respectful. White’s Plumbing did an outstanding job on our re-piping project. From start to finish, Mr. Roger White and his team were professional, kind, and thorough. Unlike other contractors who said they’d need to dig up our floors or break tiles, White’s Plumbing managed to complete the entire project without any major mess or damage. Thanks to their careful planning and expertise, we didn’t need a tile contractor at all—a huge relief!

The crew, especially Tyler and Johnny, worked incredibly hard and were highly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. On top of that, they were so respectful and considerate, especially toward my elderly mom. They went out of their way to make her feel safe and comfortable, which meant a lot to us.

The receptionists were also fantastic—so courteous and professional. They always called ahead to confirm the technicians’ arrival and made sure it was a convenient time for us. Their communication was excellent and really added to the overall positive experience.

Even after the work was done, Mr. White came back personally for a final walkthrough and inspection to ensure everything was perfect. White’s Plumbing has truly earned our trust and a lifelong customer. If you’re looking for skilled, honest, and courteous plumbers, I highly recommend them. A+ service all around!

Update: We recently had White’s Plumbing return to replace our collapsed sewer line, and once again they exceeded our expectations. They responded quickly, clearly explained the issue, and installed a new PVC line with proper cleanouts. They also performed a follow-up camera inspection and provided us with the video for our records, which we really appreciated.

As always, the technicians were professional and respectful — especially toward my mom — and the office team (shout-out to Jennie) was courteous and responsive throughout the process. Their pricing was fair, their communication was clear, and their workmanship was solid.

I've been using White's Plumbing for my plumbing needs for about 5,6,7 years now.... I just had to have a toilet worked on this past Friday 7/12/24 and the technician, Dylan was very professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant... I have never been disappointed in the service from these guys... very responsive and they take care of the problem. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for another job well done!

I've used White's for at least a dozen issues over the past 10 years, including gas tankless water heater conversions and a new water service line from the meter to my house. Every time, they are professional, courteous, and clean up behind themselves. I find that Chris and his team are fair and honest, which is very important in this type of service industry. I highly recommend using White's for any plumbing needs.

White's Plumbing was great when our water heater died suddenly. They had someone out the same day and a new one installed within a couple of days. Fred F. and John B. were wonderful to work with during the installation. I'll be calling them again the next time we have a plumbing emergency or need anything else taken care of.

I have a 1940's house with lots of old water and sewer piping. I worked with Whites Plumbing to redirect the incoming water line in from the opposite side of the house. It involved a lot of trenching and adding connections to into the house through concrete block walls and cement floors. Carter and D did an outstanding job! I don't think any other plumbers would have done such a masterful job weaving in all the new pipe work and connecting to the old. Everything was neat, clean and straight when they were done. From now on I will be calling Whites. Thanks guys!

As first-time homebuyers, we initially used a different plumbing company and unfortunately had a terrible experience they overcharged us, took forever to return our calls, and relied on an outsourced call center that made communication frustrating and impersonal. We were left feeling overwhelmed and disappointed ( and depleted of our savings) .

Thankfully, we found Whites, and the difference was night and day. They were fast, cost-effective, and completely transparent throughout the process. Their crew was professional, respectful, and easy to work with.

A special shout-out to Fred, he was incredibly kind. Not only was he kind and customer-focused, but he also took the time to explain things to me, turning a stressful situation into a learning opportunity. As new homeowners, that meant a lot.

Shout out to Dylan! Replaced water heater (second floor closet). Does it right the first time. He is careful not to scrape the walls or chip the wood stairs.

Justin and Jack did a great job. Initially went to another plumbing company in town and they couldn't solve the problem and recommended a job that would have proved unnecessary. Highly recommend White's Plumbing.

Jordan was great repaired my front spigot bibb with a new one. He tried to replace the cartridge in my tub but it still dripped. He replaced my old cartridge and I'm buying a new Delta monitor shower valve for them to come back. Excellent professional service technician and professional staff also. I highly recommend them.

White's came through on Christmas Eve. Our gas spa heater is now working like a charm. Our grandchildren will be in the spa in a few hours!

Lucy called ahead and informed me that Brandon was on his way. Brandon did an excellent job on a change out of our disposal unit. Cleaned up total area when he finished. I feel confident in calling them again for all my plumbing needs. This is the fourth time that White's has been here for work. Each time an excellent job was performed by his technicians.

Called Monday first thing (8 am) for a clogged sink that we were unable to fix ourselves. Got us in the same day, they were here by 10:30 and sink fixed by 11:15. Price was reasonable and plumber was friendly. We would definitely use White’s again in the future.

Great service, on a Sunday no less, underground leak on the backflow preventer, Dylan was quick and knowledgeable, obviously well trained tech, broke down all of the issues, gave me options, came up with a game plan. Dylan installed temp piping to get us up and running in short order and came back Tuesday with all the parts for a new riser and backflow preventer and installed in a couple of hours. Phenomenal job!

We hired White's Plumbing to cap lines prior to a condo remodel and later install all plumbing fixtures, water heater, shower drain, etc... Fixtures were Owner provided. Everything was done in a first class manner and White's had all the miscellaneous materials on site for a complete installation. Both office staff and plumbers were very nice and expressed sincere concern that our project turn out great. it did!

I came home from work on Wednesday to water streaming, low-key GUSHING, out from the WALL OF MY HOUSE into the garage. Rapid-stream vibes. I heard it before I saw it. 3 inches of water in the garage! Whites Plumbing was responsive, insightful and fit us in fast. Fred discovered the leak, patched it, filled the dirt back, and patched the concrete, all in 3.5 hours!! A leak in the concrete slab of the floor of my laundry room was incredibly overwhelming, but Fred was kind, supportive and explained everything clearly every step of the way. My husband and I were making plans to stay with family or a hotel for the next week, and they were able to fix it, same day. I’m so thankful for the friendly customer service (shout out Brittany!) and the extremely knowledgeable Fred and his helper! Thank you, Whites Plumbing & Fred and his assistant!

I called White's about getting replaced the gas water heater at my mom's home. Scheduling was easy. JT and Dee came out. They did great work and got the water heater replaced and made sure it was working. What really got my attention though was that they could not have been nicer. My mom is not comfortable having people in her home. They were empathetic and went above and beyond so that she felt OK about the whole process.
