Don’t waste your time with this joke of a company!!! Had kitchen fire and insurance recommended them. They sent two twenty year old +-boys who spent more time on their phone then cleaning soot off ceiling. Got there at 9:30 took 1 to 1 1/2 lunch and left at 3:00 PM. Took them 2 weeks to do what my wife or I could do in a full day. Still wasn’t cleaned and had to redo ourself around top of cabinets and behind stove and fridge. They said Service Master said they would take care of everything and make sure everything was complete so I let them do it. BIG MISTAKE I had to get a hold of my agent to get the ball rolling. Peadman Heating and Cooling come out and replace all ductwork. They did a Great job . I paid 1st half to get them going into insurance could pay. kept asking Andria about my cabinet doors that were burnt all I got was her saying it’s on my desk. This was me calling every Friday!!! Still never got back. My doors or my Molding that the two youngsters took. I again went out and got quote from a cabinet guy and had it approved to replace all doors due to no one carrying my type cabinets. This fire happened on January 6 during the cold spell. No heat due to soot in duct work. and was around 50° inside house. Service Master drug their butts.around with excuse after excuse finally had heat on March26. Had no problem with Brain and the workers he brought with him. He was professional. The Manager well… definitely need to be replaced. It’s best to find someone else at least for fire damage!!! Charged insurance company $13,000.00. what a rip off! Another person in my town had the same problem with them not doing their jobs and same two dit Witt’s!!! I told my agent not to recommend them to his other clients. Called Cooperate and filed a complaint. We documented everything and when house is back together will possible pursue further action.

Riley and James tarped our damaged home after a tree fell during Helene. They were very professional and caring.

The review I'm leaving is for Ms. Adria Bethel, an employee of Service Master. I do not know her official title with the company, but I know she WORKS! I initially called this company because my home insurance does business with them in emergency situations.

My roof was leaking during the storm and caused water to ruin my bedroom carpet. In a nutshell, Ms. Adria Bethel was the one to answer the initial call. Over the next 3 days or so I had to either call back to inquire about something, or relay information etc. and every time I called back, Ms. Adria was the one to answer. I'd call different days and times, but it was always her. I even joked with her and asked her if she was the only one who worked there!

She was so competent, efficient and precise, not to mention just an overall pleasure to deal with. These attributes may not seem like a big deal, but let me tell you, they really ARE! I'm so tired of dealing with establishments and companies who have people answering phones that don't know anything. Lately anytime I have questions via phone, the person on the other end literally gives answers like, "I don't know," "I'm not sure, call back on xxxx date and the person that knows will be here," "Hmmm, that's a good question..." Are you kidding me?

Anyway, I say this to say that I DID NOT experience this at all with Ms. Adria Bethel. She handled all my calls professionally, she knew what she was doing and if I asked something she didn't have the answer to on the spot, she immediately found out the answer to my question and got back to me on the same phonecall. She was confident and not wishy washy. I'm so over talking to people on the phone that represent companies but have no knowledge of what's going on.

She was a breath of fresh air and I truly appreciate her. Whoever her boss is should make her employee of the month, give her a raise, at least buy her lunch maybe... something. It was a pleasure to deal with her, but due to where she works, I hope we never have to speak again (because that would mean I have some kind of home emergency... in case that flew over anyone's head).

After a tornado Service Masters came that same night and cleared the tree from our roof and Riley and Sam tarted in the morning. Great and clean work from really nice people.

Company is very professional and knowledgeable. They were friendly and were able to answer all my questions. Zicarra and Coesy are the best. They made the process less stressful.

Derek B has been working on my house due to tree damage. He is very professional, works extremely hard (even in this extremely hot weather), communicates with me & shows up when he says he will.
