I had a great experience with ServiceMaster conducting repairs on my home after a tree damaged it during a windstorm in January. Tony was an excellent, friendly, and accommodating project manager and was a pleasure to work with through the entire process. I can't say enough good things about my experience with ServiceMaster/Tallahassee. Specifically, I want to thank Brady for his patience and flexibility throughout the process. He clearly understood the stresses and nuance associated with the project and could not have been more accommodating......I'd work with him again in a heartbeat....he's just a good guy. The onsite project manager was Austin who checked in with me regularly and could not have been more professional.

They were priced competitively and did a wonderful job.....the handful of instructions we provided them with were followed to a "T." I'd absolutely trust them with my business again should the need ever arise.

Update 1-14-2026 Steve has also been great on the rebuild, however, I wish the rebuild was as good as the packout as here I am 10 months later and rebuild is not complete on a job that was to only take 2 months. Also, their sub has put a lien on my home that they have been aware of for six weeks and still haven't taken care of it to have it removed.

This company truly is The best of the best! We recently had a water damage due to a busted pipe and they were there ASAP. The mitigation crew were very timely and professional. They knew exactly what to do upon arrival. We are currently in the repair process now and Tony has been just as great as the team before him. This full service company is truly the best around. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND

Both Adria and Tony are incredibly nice and helpful. We recently experienced water damage due to a leaking pipe. The mitigation process was professional, effective, and timely. Although there were some delays due to communication with the insurance company, Adria remained extremely patient and responsive throughout. While we had to deal with the situation in the middle of a move and couldn’t be home to oversee the work, they handled everything with great professionalism. They truly brought us peace of mind during a very stressful time!

Do not waste your money using this company for duct cleaning. We had another company go after them, and they told us they don't see where Service Masters did any cleaning. What a waste of money. Plus, the tech told the tenant that he saw mold, when he isn't a mold inspector and has no right to say that without testing. Was also rude about collecting payment. Would never use them again.
